Good hitch. Quick shipping and came early

Very satisfied to receive the Curt hitch within 4 days, there were no delays in delivering during COVID-19.

Overall, it was a good experience with Hitchweb. Some small, localized knicks and scratches in the paint coating when received. The additional accessories did not initially arrive with the trailer hitch frame due to a courier mixup, however Hitchweb resent within a week. I haven't installed the frame yet, but it appears to be relatively straight-forward.

Glad i found Hitchweb. Needed to get Torklift frame mounts to pick up a recently purchased truck camper. Hitchweb had the best price of all. They shipped the products quickly and they arrived to me on time. I did call Customer Service. Friendly service and was promised to look into shipping quickly. Thank You!

I have made three purchases from Hitchweb and all have been delivered extremely fast. On the last order I was sent the incorrect hitch, when I called I was immediately answered by a real person that started the exchange process and within a few more days I had the correct hitch with no hassle.

It's Wednesday and we don't have the part here. In Purolator office they don't know where is the package. In the system says two day ago that is on the truck for delivery, but the truck of delivery is there with nothing. Maybe the package is with a outsourcing company, but they are not sure. The truth is that we don't have the part and my customer is really angry, because we should deliver his car on Saturday. Can you send me another one? can you call somebody at purolator? How can I do to get the part I ordered and paid?

Very satisfied with the company not so happy with the courier service wasn’t home when they delivered and didn’t contact me for further instructions. Didn’t know the reason wasn’t delivered until started tracing it was told because had security on my condo entrance they don’t deliver. Very disappointing

Excellent service! Only took 6 days to come (including weekend) the box was in good condition and the hitch had all parts. Best part is the cost was easily half of what shops in town wanted for it.
