Probably the worst buying experience…

Probably the worst buying experience ever in anything, I have never seen so many incompetent people in one organization in my life, tried for 4 weeks to get a SIM card, waisted hours of my life , and they charged me for the privilege, I never received a SIM card and cancelled but they still charged me. Incredible how they are still operating

Terrible experience with billing after canceling my contract

Me di de baja de Hitsmobile en enero, cumpliendo con todos los pagos pendientes y asegurándome de que no quedara ninguna deuda. Sin embargo, desde entonces me siguen enviando facturas injustificadas, argumentando que mi banco rechazó un pago, lo cual es completamente falso.

He hablado con mi entidad bancaria y me han confirmado que nunca rechazaron ningún cobro, pero la compañía sigue insistiendo en penalizarme mes tras mes sin ningún motivo real. No solo es un abuso, sino que también demuestra una gestión caótica y deshonesta.

El servicio de atención al cliente es inútil, ya que no ofrecen soluciones y solo dan respuestas automatizadas que no resuelven el problema. Estoy considerando denunciarlo ante Consumo porque no se puede permitir que sigan estafando a los clientes de esta manera.

Si estás pensando en contratar con ellos, piénsalo dos veces. Una vez dentro, salir sin problemas es casi imposible.

I canceled my contract with hitsMobile in January, making sure all pending payments were settled and that there were no outstanding debts. However, since then, I have been receiving unjustified invoices, with the company claiming that my bank rejected a payment, which is completely false.

I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that they never rejected any payment. Despite this, the company keeps penalizing me every month for no valid reason. This is not just abusive but also shows a chaotic and dishonest management.

Customer service is useless—they provide no solutions and only give automated responses that do not resolve the issue. I am considering filing a complaint with consumer protection authorities because companies should not be allowed to scam their customers like this.

If you are thinking of signing up with them, think twice. Once you join, getting out without problems is nearly impossible.

Uncaring customer service

I made a call for advice. My friends husband died in April. But we have been sorting more important things first. So I rang. The lady was absolutely NOT helpful. Kept saying I can't talk to you because your not the customer
OMG so I stopped her say I didn't want any information just to be able to cancel contract want was needed. Not even I am sorry. Absolutely uncaring. Wanted copy of death certificate by photo. Via email. I asked for email the tone wad I can't be asked. I said don't worry I will find. How uncaring in a very stressful situation. Definitely I do not recommend.

Totally scammer company

The company charged me for a subscription that wasn't even in use, then they came back for it and now they claim that I had that refunded amount unpaid. Very confusing answers and answers change. Customer service is substandard. In addition, the subscription cannot be terminated except by sending them a signed form, which they send in pdf format. That is, the form must first be printed out and then scanned for them. Don't take a subscription through them!

Further to my previous review still demanding money

Further to my previous review I still can’t get rid of Hits Mobile demanding yet more money. I cancelled my account at the end of October due to their terrible customer service and being unable to access my account. I still had to pay a small fee allegedly for services used in November. I have now received an email which clearly states it is for December. On querying this it is a fee they are charging for cancelling my account. Taking out an account with these money grabbing cowboys was a big mistake.

Avoid HITS mobile (.es) I am giving this a 1 star as zero stars…

I am giving this a 1 star as zero stars are not allowed.
I have a phone which isnt registered on any network (previously) its was on HITS.
This no longer shows in my HITS profile but HITS now Xfera still take payments. Nobody is listening to me (for months) so l have started returning payments to attract attention.
Since Xfera have taken over this company the customer service is worse than bad.
Dealing with them is a head banging experience.
I have twice asked for a complaint form which is a legal requirement but nothing has been sent to me. ☆l have now been told they don't have complaint forms. So its now time to contact The Secretary of State of Telecommunications☆

Hits hide huge cost increases

Hits increased monthly costs from €4.90/month to €6.90 (with a data increase) and that of International calls from approximately €2/hour to almost €12/hour. They made these changes without directly informing customers by email. Hits hid this huge increase within their May invoice. Hits then stopped access to your online account about June 2023 and all previous invoices including the May invoice. (You were meant to know that you were to register as a new user). If you had the old App, again access was stopped (you were supposed to know that you had to download the "new" Hits App and register as a new customer). If Hits had any integrity, they would have issued an email to customers detailing all the increased charges together with clear instruction on how to retain access to your account (new log in and App).

As everyone is stating, their Customer "Service" is anything but!

Needless to say Hits will rightly lose a huge number of previously loyal customers.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. When you phone them they they do not listen, you email them they dont reply. They increased my monthly payments without informing me, took additional payments with no explanations, and when I changed companies they made it very difficult.

Dreadful Customer Service

Hitsmobile took the decision to transfer mobile service to Masmovil (within the same group).

My line was transferred before a new SIM was provided, so I lost service and credit balance.

Their customer service people treated me with complete contempt and refused to help restore service or reimburse me.
