Terrible experience with billing after canceling my contract
Me di de baja de Hitsmobile en enero, cumpliendo con todos los pagos pendientes y asegurándome de que no quedara ninguna deuda. Sin embargo, desde entonces me siguen enviando facturas injustificadas, argumentando que mi banco rechazó un pago, lo cual es completamente falso.
He hablado con mi entidad bancaria y me han confirmado que nunca rechazaron ningún cobro, pero la compañía sigue insistiendo en penalizarme mes tras mes sin ningún motivo real. No solo es un abuso, sino que también demuestra una gestión caótica y deshonesta.
El servicio de atención al cliente es inútil, ya que no ofrecen soluciones y solo dan respuestas automatizadas que no resuelven el problema. Estoy considerando denunciarlo ante Consumo porque no se puede permitir que sigan estafando a los clientes de esta manera.
Si estás pensando en contratar con ellos, piénsalo dos veces. Una vez dentro, salir sin problemas es casi imposible.
I canceled my contract with hitsMobile in January, making sure all pending payments were settled and that there were no outstanding debts. However, since then, I have been receiving unjustified invoices, with the company claiming that my bank rejected a payment, which is completely false.
I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that they never rejected any payment. Despite this, the company keeps penalizing me every month for no valid reason. This is not just abusive but also shows a chaotic and dishonest management.
Customer service is useless—they provide no solutions and only give automated responses that do not resolve the issue. I am considering filing a complaint with consumer protection authorities because companies should not be allowed to scam their customers like this.
If you are thinking of signing up with them, think twice. Once you join, getting out without problems is nearly impossible.
