I placed my first order at Hivebabe and a day later I placed my second. My first order arrived with everything I ordered. The fleece jacket was the wrong color. I reached out to customer service. The color I wanted was no longer available. To compensate me they gave me a 20% discount, allowed me to choose a new item to replace it and also allowed me to keep fleece jacket! It doesn't get any better than that!!! My second order arrived and was perfect!!!!

I ordered several tops that were too small. Went through the process of trying to get the address to send the product back. The company never responded. It’s now past the return date. Money wasted!! The blouses looked great. I was hoping to get a larger size, but I’m not going to take the chance.

Dodgy to say the least
I can’t imagine the positive reviews are genuine. I purchased 3 tunic tops and they never arrived. I chased the tops over several emails (tracking isn’t available) and had no reply. So over several more emails I requested a refund. That didn’t happen either. Zero communication. I’m currently going through my bank for a refund, but stick with sellers you know and trust, is my best advice. I won’t be recommending hivebabe to anyone

Easy access to friendly customer service
Mia was great to work with and made the customer service experience so easy. My initial order was of 2 Medium jackets, which arrived about a month or so after initially ordering. When trying them on, the sizes were quite a bit smaller than what was on the size chart and they were too tight for me to wear comfortably. I reached out to customer service in an attempt to see if we could exchange for larger sizes that would fit better. We were able to get it worked out and I now have 2 new XL jackets being sent to me. Thanks for the assistance and friendly demeanor, Mia!

My order would not be arriving on time. I contacted customer service and they got back to me in a timely manner. They first offered me a discount, which I asked if the items would still begetting to me on time and they explained they would get to me within so many days, due to them being on holiday. I said that wouldn’t be acceptable, I had ordered them for a gift. They were very kind and helpful and offered a full refund along with a discount on my next purchase!
