The brake hub supplied appears to be excellent quality, I received it the next day after being notified of it being posted. I did make contact with HK Trailers via email as I had forgotten to purchase a one shot nut and this immediately included in the same parcel. I would certainly recommend H K Trailers to anyone for their competitive prices and customer service.

Ordered a full set of brake cables for my trailer, they were delivered a couple of days later and fitted perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the service and product. Great quality and price.

Good delivery time and communication but only three stars due to it being advertised as Alko 150v Damper - 690389 but was a different make of the same length/type

Edit from Hk: I just wanted to reassure you on the quality of the damper purchased. The damper is manufactured by Stabilus, who are the manufacturers that are used by Alko for their Alko branded dampers, the only difference being the branding on the damper. I apologise that this wasn't clearer in the item description.

Easy to contact, easy location to get to and fully understood what my trailer needed regarding its ‘braking issue’. Prompt completion of work - including fixing a couple of extra issues as part of the service. You won’t get better value of service in the area and for me was well worth the 1 hour drive each way from Abergavenny. I will be seeing these guys again - even if it’s just for annual servicing!
