My first experience with HL motors and have done a great job on repairing an alloy wheel scuffs, looks good as new. Definitely will come back if needed but hopefully not to soon.

H&L completed the wheel refurbishment on my Mercedes AMG 20" alloy wheels and I can say that they are as good as (if not even a little better than) new.

The current generation is the third to look after my motoring needs and Jonathan and his Team provide the same level of service as his dad and grandad before him, if not better
They have moved with the times and are really well placed to provide all that you need for happy and safe motoring. Nothing is too much and as I get older I need help with silly things I used to do myself, like fitting a wiper blade and pairing my mobile phone

The damage assessment to my car was explained clearly by Damon Gilbert.

All the necessary photographic evidence was taken and provided to the insurer for the insurance claim.

Thier service was excellent. They dealt with all communication regarding repair with the insurers.

They called me once the insurers gave go-ahead.

All I had to do is leave my car with them. It was repaired to VW standard.

Excellent service from this friendly garage with clean and quiet waiting room. My car was booked in without fuss - just make sure you know your own reg number(!) - and attended to promptly at the appointment time. I was treated with courtesy whilst waiting & it was a very positive experience.
