Doesn't work

I went online because I had a throat that was on fire with fever, chills and body ache. All of the available doctors declined to see me.

Great alternative when you can't wait!

I have used HMSA online care several times. It was great to know I didn't have to drive to a doctor's office and sit and wait and then go to a pharmacy when I wasn't feeling well. It was a bit awkward talking to a doctor I didn't know and seeing them and they me on my computer. The one trouble was trying to show them the area of concern on one call......visuals aren't that good on my computer......but it was handled professionally and a prescription was called in without a problem.

Great Option

I like that the option was available, but the video was not working so I was only talking to a person and could not see the Doctor.

No trips to the office.

Great chatting live with a doctor. Making an appointment and traveling when not feeling well isn't fun. And you can't see a doctor on short notice.
Using the HMSA app and getting fast care is now my only way to see a doctor. And I've never had to pay.

Just what I needed

Woke with an eye condition. My eye doctor couldn't take me for days so I tried the online route. Was relatively easy and got my diagnosis immediately which was a big relief.

I love online care!

I have used online care for my family many times and love it! Only recently it's seems like they are not always staffed with doctors which is frustrating.

Excellent service.

Love not having to leave the house with a vomit bucket in hand and risk catching the other illnesses that have come into the clinic.

HMSA health insurance is useless

HMSA is lousy insurance. None of the doctors are anywhere near me in Kailua. I pay for the premium plan and all I get from it is chiro and acupuncture benefits because it doesn't cover me for good doctors who use healthier doctoring approaches

Love online care

Online care makes everything so much easier! I do not have much free time to go to doctor's appointments and I usually have to book an appointment well ahead of time but online care makes it so much easier to get treated.
