Great. Quick access online.
Online care was quick to get access for non-urgent matters.
Very convenient
Got to see a doctor online very quick visit and convenient
User interface
Easily accessible information! I can find my benefits and account history in no time.
Better than what I expected.
Got in. Diagnosed correctly. No hassle. Great doctors.
Shortest Wait time
Normally I would have to drive to my doctors and wait about half hour to see my doctor for meds and remedies that I need but using HMSA Online Care has took away all of the hassels for me to see a doctor. The doctor has done a very thorough check up on me for more than just what I needed seen which I appreciate also. Will use again.
HMSA Online Care allows flexibility and lower costs
I have a doctor who offers online care and it is great to be able to be in the comfort of my own home, and the fees are less than I would pay had I had an office visit. Not to mention that you don't need to pay for parking or drive in traffic either. These are all wins to me. Give HMSA Online Care a try and discover the possibilities.
COST COST AND COST
It's sad that it cost more when you add another plan on to yours then it would you remain separate.
Service was OK
I feel I was over medicated by the doctor. Not sure if it's because it wasn't a face-to-face visit or the doctor tends to over medicate.
Fast easy and convenient
When you're pressed for time I saw a doctor online using my mobile phone. It was easy and fast. Connect to a doctor and got a quick remedy. There are many doctors to choose from and from all different fields.
I like HMSA
I like choosing my own doctors and I appreciate the online services HMSA offers
Quick and Easy
All of your medical, testing and prescription history at your fingertips.
Excellent Caring Service
I've used the online care several times now when I have come down with the really bad flu. Not having to get up, dress up, sit in a waiting room for hours for the doctor to tell me what I already know and getting the medications I need to get better sent straight to my pharmacy was just amazing! Thank you HMSA for this service!
Super easy
Simple to get your own doc awesome they have the app to get checked on after hours
Easy
The online care is easy to navigate through, very informative and has everything I need at my fingertips, very pleased. With the information available online I don't have to call and ask questions, the answers are already there.
Not enough follow-up for clarification
I had to write an email to my doctor, she answered, but I needed clarification as she had made a comment on my dosage of medication, that was wrong, so I wrote another email and she never answered... the message I got was she didn't receive these emails, so I assumed she put a stop on my email... I would not use HMSA online care again because of this. I felt like this was just a way for her to make an easy dollar. Very unfortunate. And I felt like she didn't really listen to my concerns... I felt rushed.
Unable to complete payment
Whole process of working with HMSA has been a complete pain.
Prescription wasn't called in
Went down to the pharmacy and found prescription wasn't called in by provider. Called HMSA customer service and they didn't know about the HMSA online function at first. HMSA customer service called back and gave me the number for the HMSA online vendor. Called the vendor then everything was resolved. I should have just went to urgent care or the minute clinic.
Excellent Service
HMSA's online care is quick and convenient way to consult with a doctor without spending hours in a waiting room.
HMSA has provided good service.
In my limited interactions with HMSA, I have received good service. I haven't had any billing issues, and the online video sessions with doctors have been helpful and convenient. So far, so good!
