I paid up front over $9000 to a doctor who wasn't participating in plan. Took HMSA several months to reimburse me ... with errors! Had to constantly call to follow up to push things along. Nice people, just way too slow in responding. You reject claims for the silliest, stupidest reasons! The "x' was not centered in box correctly! really!! This was the worst experience. You also didn't pay me correctly and if I didn't catch it, I would be out over $1000. Can't imagine what you do to seniors who don't know any better! If I didn't love my doctors so much I would have switched to Kaiser a long time ago!

This was my first experience using Online Care and I received wonderful care from a friendly, knowledgeable and sincere MD. Diagnosing and getting treatment for my illness was incredibly easy. It is comforting to know that I can talk to a physician any time of the day. I had a great experience and would use Online Care again.

My experiences with HMSA have been very good. I think I their customer service and follow up is quite good. My only issue is that they do not cover the acne medication prescribed for me because I am in my 40's. My provider says this medication is covered for younger people, but not for adults with acne. Aside from that, they are easy to contact and I appreciate the easy access to providers without needing a referral from my PCP.

Very pleased with the service. We called a doctor a little before midnight because we wanted to consult with a doctor on how severe cold symptoms were. Doctor was very efficient in assessing the symptoms and gave us a strong opinion and proper medication to remedy the symptoms.

I highly recommend in light of professional and knowledgeable medical service, as well as convenience.

The process to sign in should become shorter and simpler after the first or first few times. It takes too long. You have to sit and watch a 30+ second video everytime.

The HMSA on line program is very real. You can get a doctor to answer questions at anytime. It may help if you are debating whether to go to the emergency room or not

I was feeling ill and not wanting to go to the Dr. This was a good way to QUICKLY speak with a Dr. and get a plan of action.

I had a sinus infection and the dr prescribed me a penecillion which I am allergic to. Luckily, I researched the name of the medication and noticed it was derived from a penicillin.

This is very Dangerous. I would not recommend this service to others in the future.

Relatively easy process. Very helpful not having to leave home while feeling ill. Recommend highly.

It waa not easy to navigate and after using the site, I was left with my question unansweres.

I used HMSA Online twice and have gotten excellent care when I was sick with the flu once and a sinus infection the other time
I would use them again. It was fast and convienent.

It was so easy to use. A great option for a busy, working parent with three young, and often sick, kids.

Looking forward to the different ways HMSA has been working towards providing resources for their members entire wellbeing. I wish they provided more events or free membership for exercise classes.

HMSA online care is excellent and convenient for anyone who is always on the go! The doctors have been knowledgeable and have always stayed within their scope of practice and expertise. I've used this service multiple times and would recommend it to my friends and family for minor health concerns.

I appreciate HMSA's customer service agents. They are always willing to answer my questions fully and honestly.
