Refused to replace a faulty item despite their T&C "If an item is faulty... we will liaise with the manufacturer to get a replacement or repair".
Insted they refunded the cost of the faulty item and suggested to place a new order which means I have to pay extra for the shipping.

I was buying many times here, it's a great responsive merchant. You can buy anything confidently with ease.

Bought a lot of stuff from these & when something goes wrong ....they were quick to play the ‘blame game’. Will *NOT use again.

love the fact that if I need it, I can get items delivered next day, even if thats a Saturday so a flying weekend is not ruined. Great customer service and shipping is fast and reliable compared to other UK based sites. Had a problem with a faulty Stout V3 motor and guidance on how to proceed was great. The whole process of beginning a claim to organising a replacement was organised within just over a day, couldn't have gone smoother

My soldering iron died, needed a new one pronto. Usually I buy my tech from Banggood but this couldn't wait. I called Hobby RC on the phone and someone picked up WITHIN 3 seconds (!), knew the product without having to look it up, and talked me through the shipping options. Basically the soldering iron is ridiculously cheap at Hobby RC, AND the service was good.

Next time I am going to think twice about ordering from Banggood.com, given how excellent the price and service was at Hobby RC. Maplin eat your heart out!

It has been a pleasure buying and dealing with HobbyRC, the customer service prior and after my order were great, Mike spent a generous amount of time with me on the phone and emails guiding me through the items for my first quadcopter build. I have since had some technical difficulties being rather new to all this and I am being helped (edit: then gave up rather quickly after it became complicated). The prices are competitive and the delivery has always been very prompt.

Had a problem with my thinyhawk II - no fault on my side. The support at Hobbyrc got me a new motherboard from emax. Due to corna, it did not make the full way to germany, so they resended it. Anyways, really good customer support and fast shipping. Thanks a lot!

Having spent over a month waiting for a new radio transmitter from a well known Chinese company, I was losing hope that I would ever get my order shipped. Miscommunication and the unknown (in terms of shipping, restocking etc) led me to source the item from a UK seller. I have previously used Hobby RC and know that their prices are extremely competitive, even with the Chinese sellers and their customer service is second to none.
Within 24 hrs of ordering the new radio transmitter I have it in my hands. Backed up by UK customer support and a company at the end of the phone. You can't beat it.

Amazing store, I have order few thinks and then I realized I still missing few bits so all together I made 3 orders - after 15min hobby RC has send me refund for two shipment delivery charges and advised that they will merge with main order. Super honest crew. Defo recomend them !!

Superb experience.
Had everything I needed to build my quad and the order was shipped the next day. Only 1 problem with the search bar, if you copy the name of what you want into the search bar it won't find anything but if you type it letter by letter it shows

Honestly the best service I've had so far with regards to FPV gear.
I've only started recently and if it wasn't for HobbyRC I would have been waiting months for things which i got in a matter of couple days.
One time I even forgot to add a few things to my order, created a second and third order (lol) and they refunded the other postage and sent everything in one package without me even asking! Which was fantastic for me!
You will be seeing me again Hobby RC! Often haha.
