Honestly, absolutely brilliant. Called up and had the most comprehensive help I could ask for, product recommendations that saved me money, helped me to understand the differences between all sorts of things I didn't know. Ordered a load of products at 15:59 on a Friday with the cheapest delivery method and it's arrived with me today (Saturday) at bang on midday despite being in the middle of the Coronavirus lockdown. Have been waiting weeks to receive products from other UK suppliers. Will be using these guys again and again, so pleased.

I very very rarely write a review but I feel that I must, HobbyRC is by far the best company I have used, very fast delivery, a special shout out to Mike in customer care who is always more than happy to give honest opinions, alot of shops want you to spend as much as possible where as HobbyRC give an honest opinion, I suggest these to anyone in the hobby, HobbyRC will be my go to shop

I have ordered from HobbyRC multiple times, and everything the package arrived the next day. Best delivery and great range of products.

Now here is the excellent part:
I love this website because I can trust it to replace or refund me if a part is faulty. I once received a faulty esc, sent a picture and my order number, and two days later I received a first class shipping replacement, and as a bonus: HobbyRC candy’s as an apology
I love you HobbyRC and huge shoutout to mike from the costumer service.

Very happy with the service I received from HobbyRC - dispatch was quick, and their support (pre and post sales) was quick and straightforward and resolved all my issues.

My only suggestion is that it's a little tricky to find the item you want in their catalogue - some filters on the categories for brand or type would be excellent.

Service from this company and after sales support is second to none and why I am a repeat customer.

Keep up the good work and look forward to my next order.

Absolutely amazing company, by far some of the cheapest prices on batteries.

Also ordered an Emax Tinyhawk freestyle from them, which I believed was faulty. They provided me with technical support (even on weekends and past closing hours) and fixed it for free!

This shop is great. Parcel is shipped same day. I received my parcel well packed. Parcel is shipped to Croatia with all details, tracking no. etc...

Great service from the staff at HobbyRC. I wasn't entirely sure what I needed for making my own quad so called them up, they were really friendly and talked me through some suggestions. Items were delivered promptly next day and at a better price than anywhere else I could find.

Item didn’t arrive and in effect got called a liar. wanted to do everything through paypal without taking the responsibility to refund or replace the missing item.
Royal Mail lied and said they were 99.9% sure it was delivered.
I received it two weeks later from Royal Mail...

This is my go to hobby shop, not only for there great selection of parts but also being very helpful over the phone and exceptional delivery times. Also you normally get a discount voucher on your next purchase. 5 stars indeed!

Had to phone twice - once because I had made a mistake with my order, and once due to an issue with one of the items. Both times, they were excellent on the phone and resolved my issues straight away!

The best RC retailer by far. Warp speed delivery. Any problems you have they are only a phone call away and are more than very happy to sort your problem out . Beats other RC retailers who only do web chat , having to wait 48 hours . Highly recommended.
