Never materialised

Ordered late July, kept being told order was stuck in customs, then that it was being dispatched that week, then there was backlog. Requested refund from credit card and got it. Later found out company has ceased trading. Feel sorry for everyone given them lots of money and won't get it back.

Never received tub or refund.

Ordered the ice tub at the beginning of summer, to help me recover from an ACL & Meniscus surgery. Contacting the company appeared well and they answered my emails. First the batch was stuck in customs, then finally received an email saying they were sending them out, nothing so after I emailed them back, they explained they were a small company and struggling to get the demand out, had stopped taking orders to help with this. I should have my tub by 27th September, mid October nothing, emailed again, nothing then an email telling me they have received a cease to supply demand. No other explanation, I have emailed a few times since asking for my money and they are now not replying. Been scammed. DON'T PAY THIS COMPANY/SCAMMERS!!

Ordered 4 to 5 weeks ago.... going to request my credit card provider to refund me. As. Their website and social media's have disappeared and been deactived it seems. Take your money and hear nothing back it seems.....

Ive been waiting since July

Ive been waiting since July. Seemed very strange at first that I placed the order then the company refunded me, then asked me to buy through PayPal. Which seemed pretty strange, I now however after chasing the order have just received an email confirming this company has now gone out of business

I have still not received my product

I have still not received my product. Nor have I had any communication about the product since a generic email sent out stating all pending orders had been sent out. As far as i was aware this included mine ans it had been almost 3 weeks since my order has been placed. I've sent multiple emails asking for either confirmation it had been sent or a refund and still nothing. As far as I am aware I paid for tracked delivery and yet despite multiple attempts to attain the number to do so I still haven't received it or the product. I am hoping my order has just fallen through the cracks as others on here seem to have went through the same thing and received their orders but whether its a scam or not I would never purchase from them again. I purchased my bundle for just under £300 way back on the 28th aug and not so much as a confirmation its on it way. I understand that there may be a backlog but surely that means they have the money to get someone to reply to their emails for them.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, ordered products as a birthday present. No contact regarding delivery. No response to emails or messages on social media. All social media channels closed down. Wonder when I will get my money back?

Terrible experience and product

Ordered 9th July Weeks for delivery. Goods arrived faulty with missing components and no replacement sent as of yet. Numerous emails without reply, sometimes a generic response with a date that never materialised.
Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs

Ordered at start of August and only arrived this week. Customer service is shocking automated reply is all you get. I got an email saying £50 for delay which never materialised and when it turned up it had no thermal lid as described. Wouldn’t buy again.

Third and last review

Third and last review, all comments I've added and others are relevant, Eventually due to pressure added on Trust pilot and social media i got an email with a snip of what looks like a refund from square, unfortunately unlike many other companies a refund is not send back into the bank account it came from and are clearly making it difficult too get your money back unfortunately Square customer service cannot help , this Is the only credit I would give Hodr Ice , but other than that I completely give up on this company , which im sure they are happy about but I doubt the negative feedback will stop, I'm sorry Mr Hughes but in this case Trust pilot is clearly showing a trend and its not just me being awkward,

Leaking ice bath - update

This is an update after my previous negative review and I still stand to this.

Since instant reply to my bad review, still no reply to my numerous emails, and reassuring me that my case will be dealt shortly, leaking product, nothing has happened since, it’s over 3 weeks now.

Save your money and go elsewhere, this company is not reliable and customer service is non existent.

Absolute Con, Ripped Off

Absolute Con. Don't buy from this company. Communication is awful and when they do get back, it's a generic email. After waiting over 5 weeks, it has turned up without the incorrect instructions, holes in the lid of the tub cover & parts are still missing or not as described in the package offered. Needs reporting.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Lies if you get an email response. If that is. Rubbish about customs. It goes on and on. End of july i ordered. Now almost October. Have asked for refund. Still no reply.
Next step credit card company to recover money. Second step is trading standards. Next step ombudsman and finally small claims court. Im unemployed and need the cold pod for recovery. Dont waste your money or time.

Update!
Got an email to say its been shipped to me, then got another saying it will be in 2 weeks, then got another saying its out for delivery today, then got another saying my order has been cancelled, and Ive still not been refunded. Ive made the bank aware. Was really looking forward to this but hey Ive been scammed! From my experience I dont believe the positive comments on here, Id urge people to not buy from these as its just a scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST! Takes your money and then the delivery date keeps slipping out further and further. No response to any email I’ve sent and deliberately turned all comment off social media so people can’t comment about the terrible service. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back after repeatedly asking for a refund. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Received part of my order, emailed straight away to see about getting the rest of the items I paid for, but same as previous experience where there is no response to emails even weeks after.
