Delivery failed to arrive but Customer Service was second to none and my matter was dealt with promptly. I will have no hesitation in using this Company in future. The shoes were outstanding when they eventually arrived
Love the trainers, but not sure what us going on what is going on with stock levels. Speedgoat Wide sizes have no stock and when contacting customer support they have no idea when they are getting more!

Easy to order great shoes and support just too small around the toes for my feet reordered in a bigger size
I ordered shoes on sale and wanted standard delivery the website stated a delivery charge is required on all sale items which I paid unfortunately this was on a weekend and didn't receive this for 7 days need to clarify your delivery options and explain clearly that the cut off point at weekends as if you miss the cut off point your item won't be delivered until the following weekend!

DO NOT BUY…..Recently purchased Hoka Bondi 9 shoe. First purchase since Bondi 7 as I would stock up on these as I have a wide foot and I was very happy with fit and wear of these. In the first month of use I had both shoes tear open where the mesh fabric meets the outer side rubber sole. 5 inches on left and 2 inches on right. Bondi 7 mesh top was reinforced on side of shoe before rubber sole. Company 1 year manufacturer warranty against defects doesn’t apply during use I was told in my email. So I guess the shoe would have to self destruct on its own for any warranty. Very dissatisfied after spending $175 on these POS’s. Going back to Altra.

It was very easy to order the shoes I wanted on line. They arrived the next day and are a perfect fit. Fantastic service and a really good product.
Impossible customer service. After almost 2 months of calls and chatting I am still waiting for a resolution to my missing site credit from a return . I tried to email and the response was to call or chat. I have spoken to at least 5 representatives with promised resolution in days. Don’t fall for their “RETURN POLICY” and accept credit. If you don’t use it you will LOSE it!

Another fab pair of Hoka trainers. Just love them. My plantar fasciitis is resolved since I have been wearing Hoka. Gaviota is perfect for longer walks and the clifton is just as fab for daily wear. Loving the colours as well. My next pair is already in my basket. 😎 Delivery, well I ordered before 9am and had them by lunchtime the next day, can’t fault that. I contacted the chat service with a query and they were brilliant. Would most definitely recommend Hoka they are my new go to footwear 🤩

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this from my hotel room in Kyoto, Japan, where I am currently unable to comfortably walk because of the severe blisters caused by my HOKA Bondi shoes.
I specifically purchased these shoes from Nordstrom for approximately $220 because HOKA Bondi shoes are constantly promoted and recommended as premium walking shoes — especially for travel and extended walking. I trusted your brand enough to bring ONLY this pair of shoes on an international vacation that involved daily walking.
That decision has completely backfired.
Every single toe on both feet is covered in painful blisters. Some toes have multiple blisters. I am currently treating them with antibiotics and bandages just to get through the remainder of my trip. I now have five days left in Japan and am forced to walk around Kyoto in flip-flops while trying to find emergency replacement shoes because your product became unbearable to wear.
Meanwhile, my son brought a pair of ASICS shoes and his feet are completely fine after the exact same amount of walking.
I cannot adequately describe how angry and disappointed I am. This was not a minor irritation. Your shoes materially affected my ability to enjoy an expensive international vacation that took significant planning and money. Instead of exploring Japan comfortably, I am spending time sitting in a hotel room in pain, barely able to walk.
I have photographs documenting the injuries to my feet and I fully intend to leave detailed reviews on social media and consumer review platforms describing this experience unless HOKA addresses this situation appropriately.
For a company charging premium prices and marketing itself as the gold standard for comfort and walking support, this experience has been unacceptable.
I would like a direct response regarding how HOKA intends to make this right.
