Ordering is easy and so quick to despatch which is great.
Then the courier company come chap the door and run away.
Parcel left on the doorstep in the rain and nowhere to be seen. Poor show from the carrier.
Let’s the side down cos can’t deliver a parcel properly. They are not caring about the end product.

I’ve been buying Hoka shoes for over 10 years. Always the Bondi size 6.
Because they dis not have any wonen’s Bondi in my size I ordered a pair of Rincon 5 size 6. When they arrived and i tried them on they were way too small with a narrow toe bed.
Very disappointing so I returned them and will try a larger size .
Otherwise I’ll wait for Bondi again.

Ordered a racer back top online but the fit wasn’t right sent it back following the instructions given by hoka, heard nothing for 20 days (time they state it can take to process exchanges/refunds) contacted hoka through the chat bot ( difficult to find on the website any customer service details which is probably deliberate)
And they told me they would investigate heard nothing again so contacted them and said I would put it out on social media my experience of o didn’t hear back, got an email to say they are processing a refund, it shouldn’t be this difficult to get an answer, this is my first experience of hoka and I won’t be using them again

One of the third class service in the delivery I ordered from last 20 days I didn't get my order also they don't updating me about the delayed or the cancellation I don't know for what reson they hold my parcel at least they can release the another parcel for customer satisfaction but they not I am really upset

Standard free delivery was excellent quicker than I thought it would be tracking was good and updated and delivered on time.

Ordered pair of very expensive trainers (to help my very painful feet). Delivered earlier than I thought they would be by a very polite and on time DPD driver. Trainers fit well and for the moment feel good…. Only time will tell. Extremely pleased up until now. Thank you

hi this is for feedback to your development/research team
I have been wearing the hoka wide speedgoats for years as have a morton's neuroma and were recommended them by my podiatrist, but have noticed with each new model the width has narrowed
i have just returned the speedgoat 7 as they felt so narrow even in a wide fit that i knew it would exacerbate the neuroma. they were also too short in length despite ordering a full size larger than my non running shoes
the pair i returned were a 5.5 and my toes were at the end, my current pair are a 5 with a finger space between the toes and the end of the shoe and my usual non-running shoe is a ladies 4.5uk size
i am now having to look at Altra or Topo for my trail running shoe to
provide the wide fit and wide toe box which is deeply upsetting as I am used to the speedgoat
not sure why they are suddenly so
much smaller both in length or width

Incredibly frustrating company to do business with. Beware: while the products are good, sizing is not reliable and various from color to color. and the customer service is a frustrating inefficient waste of time. The text agents are handling multiple texts at once so often don't pay attention to what you're asking and waste your time with things you already know and there is a 5-10 minute lag often between ? and A. Phone is better but did not resolve my issue. There is no way to escalate to a supervisor. I have wasted approximately 4 hours (when I needed to be working) trying to resolve something that should have been easy and is still not resolved. A shame for the organization to not match the quality of the products.

The sizing on the website for trainers and info about the trainers and their specialised functions was really helpful as this enabled me to choose the right trainers. I bought the Rincon 5, which are very lightweight and comfortable. I was apprehensive about the colour (I bought the alabaster trainers). I wanted some that were sleek but not too feminine- I was concerned that these trainers would look too feminine. The colours look better in person than they do online and I am pleased with the colouring.
The trainers arrived promptly- I ordered them on Sunday evening and they arrived today- on Tuesday morning. I was given a delivery slot of an hour- the trainers arrived at the start of that hour.
I was impressed at the speed of the delivery, the information that was provided on the website and the comfort and weight of the trainers.

Had a defect with my trainers after 4 months. Contacted the customer service whom were excellent, providing clear instructions on returning and exchange. Quick replies when asked further clarifications on returning the trainers and the actual exchange completed in a matter of days. Excellent Customer Service Experience

This was my very first order with HOKA. Unfortunately, my parcel didn’t manage to arrive, but I am still giving them 5 stars purely because of their incredible customer service team.
​From start to finish, the support was top-notch. Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind, polite, respectful, and fast to respond. They made a frustrating situation so easy and stress-free, supporting me at every step until everything was fully resolved.

I have been buying HOKAs since they came to UK - only shoes i run in - god knows how many bought over the years. Currently have 9 pairs for mix of running and general use. Bought Cielo X 1 and upper so flimsy they're functionally useless and Hoka response was essentially "too bad". I bought from another retualer but as I am nt making a WARRANTY CLAIM, i reache dout to HOKA CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH WAS A JOKE. Kept telling me contact retailer despite me explaining repeatedly not a warranty claim - assumed they would say something like "sorry you had a bad experience - how can we make it right?" Instead keep telling to contact retailer...STILL DOING IT as per reply below

I bought Hoka shoes today from the shop at Manawa Bay in Manukau, Auckland. I was so impressed with the young salesman who I think was from Ukraine as he really knew his stuff and sold me exactly the width and size I needed for my feet problem. I will be sending others to experience his wonderful knowledge of your products.

I have been a loyal Hoka wearer for 4 years... but the Gaviota is JUNK and has stopped me from buying anything from Hoka again. Hoka has lost about $600 a year in sales from me if not more as I buy running and walking shoes several times per year. This is my 2nd pair of Gaviotas at $200 each and within 3 months they are useless despite only being used for walking! The padding in the heel area is junk quality and decomposes far too fast with the plastic heel cup getting exposed. Being as sharp as a knife, it cuts my achilles to shreds. I didn't pay $200 plus tax to be in agony when I walk and get open wounds on the back of my feet! This is a major design and manufacturing flaw that is easily fixable and many people complain of it. It just take a bit of investment in material quality and overall quality control. However, Hoka does nothing because of being profit- hungry. With over $400 wasted in 6 months, and many customers with this problem, Hoka has to do something or end up just another false prophet "has been"... a maker of for-profit junk like Puma and sketchers. Very disappointed in Hoka junk shoes.

Update:

Mia from Hoka says she can't do a thing and that I should go to the USA Team. What USA Team??? There is NO HOKA USA on Trustpilot that I can see!!! And tellingly the url being used here on Trustpilot and Facebook is www hoka.com which IS the USA and global url. This is simply a runaround and deflection of a known and serious problem and liability HOKA are avoiding for customers. Really bad character for Hoka.

Went online to buy a pair of shoes from Hoka, heard they were a good shoe when I found a pair I want went to check out. I found that they do not support military or veterans no discount nothing.
I would not recommend buying from them if they can’t support our veterans and our military.
