I've had 3 pairs of trainers all of…
I've had 3 pairs of trainers all of which the grips of the base, (which are stuck on separately), come away. Expensive shoes but cheap quality. Bought shoe-glue to stick grips..... wouldn't recommend.....poor.

DON'T FALL FOR THIS HORRIBLE FALSE AND UNTRUE COMPANY THE SHOES WILL FALL APART AND THEY WILL FAIL FROM BEING DEFECTIVE FROM MANUFACTURER AND HOKA WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT COVER WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD I HAD THE SHOES FOR 30 DAYS AND THE SOLE OF THE LEFT SHOES IS TALKING AND I SENT THEM ALL PROOF AND THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE I USED THE SHOE TO MUCH AND I USED THEM NEAR WATER THE SHOES ARE FOR WORKING AND THEY ARE FOR NON SLIP FOR SAFETY PURPOSES I WILL BE FILLING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY AND I WILL GO AHEAD AND GET THIS COMPANY TO HOLD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE HORRIBLE SHOES.

I followed their advice and ordered a half size up from my usual size and it was spot on.

Defective Product + Failed Warranty…
Defective Product + Failed Warranty Service
I purchased Hoka Bondi 9 shoes for $210. Within the warranty period, the left shoe’s sole began separating from the upper—a clear manufacturing defect requiring replacement or refund.
When I contacted Hoka customer care with complete documentation and photos, they denied my warranty claim without explanation. Their response was dismissive and unhelpful, offering no resolution despite my purchase being well within coverage.
This is disappointing because:
• The failure is a legitimate manufacturing defect, not wear and tear
• I followed their process, provided all requested materials
• A warranty means nothing if it isn’t honored
• At this price point, I expect better durability and customer support
I’ve purchased from brands that stand behind their products even after the sale. Hoka did not. For the price you’re paying, consider alternatives that demonstrate genuine commitment to quality and customer care.

Great experience at Hoka Covent Garden - Yaa in particular was so helpful; she noticed the fit as I was walking around and recommended wide fit. They were much better! She helped me order the colour I wanted as it wasn’t in store and was just lovely and thoughtful start to finish. Shoes are super bouncy and comfy too, can’t wait to wear them!

Isn't that Fantastic?
The DPD delivery service was super quick. The
Clifton Pro 11 wide was ordered Monday night
just before 10.30pm and was delivered before
1.30pm on the Wednesday less than 48 hours.
Isn't hat Fantastic? I was able to test the Clifton Pro running shoes out on my run. So it's a Win Win.

From start to finish, my Hoka experience has been absolutely stress free. A fantastic website tells you everything you need to know. I especially liked the visualiser where you can see how the different styles look on you. Free postage - next day delivery with the second pair. I have very wide feet and sadly transport 2 wide, had to be returned. But Bondi 9 womens suited me very well. Easy return. I would suggest going up 1/2 size if you have very wide feet. Lovely shoes.

Great Trainers and Great Value
Ordering is easy and so quick to despatch which is great.
Then the courier company come chap the door and run away.
Parcel left on the doorstep in the rain and nowhere to be seen. Poor show from the carrier.
Let’s the side down cos can’t deliver a parcel properly. They are not caring about the end product.
