It’s a click bait trap. They get you to “purchase” your tickets at the low prices you see then you get an email saying you need to call them to finalize your purchase. At this point, they inform you your flight cost (magically) will be much more due to “unavailability” of the airline seats you selected. I’m only giving 1 star because at least the guy I spoke with was a little professional.

My confirmation number on Delta changed but Johnathan was able to send me a new confirmation Number.

Zoey was very professional and courteous throughout my purchase and follow up on eTickets. She exuded patience when she had sent the eTickets but I never received them. Never frustrated but willing to find another quick means of delivery. Thank you for your help and I applaud Zoey’s professionalism, kindness, and patience. Excellent service . All my futur travel flights will be through Holofares!!!

HolaFares publishes flights/fares that do not exist. They then called me to switch me over to flights that are double the published fare on the website. They canceled my reservation with no charge.

For a moment I thought it was a trap but after 4 days Zoe managed to finalize my transaction and issue my e-ticket. You must to do your transaction with enough time.

I had a set back in my flight Jonathan was able to assist me in getting everything situated and change my dates. They worked well with me happy with their service

Carlos was great with helping us get our tickets and answered all questions we would definitely use him again

Antonio was very friendly and efficient.
I would have given him 5 stars, but I had to call the company because the E-tickets, that were supposed to arrive within 4-hours, still hadn’t arrived the following morning.
(I don’t know whose fault that was)

No one seems to want to help me. You took my money and the confirmation number you say is from delta they do not recognize it. I called to talk to Damon about it and he has very rude on the phone. Told me to go to Delta and select tickets myself. I tried to do that but confirmation number is not correct. How can I get help? Will not use them no more for booking.

My experience with Holafares was excellent I love customer service plus the price was right, my trip was from NYC to Jamaica. They were able to beat the price for me and I love it. I will go to Holafares for my next travels and then on. A big thanks to Mr. JUAQUIN HERNANDEZ for his help.

We got an insane plane ticket deal from JFK to Cancun thanks to Juaqin Hernandez. A seamless process with no bumps along the road thanks to him. Thank you, Juaqin.

I bought a ticket advertise on their web site from NY to Cancún, it was the cheapest. Soon after the purchase I receive an automatic mail telling me they were doing the proper check on my credit card to see if there were the amount I spent for the tickets itself. Meanwhile I receive another mail from a specific person from the company staff, to take contact as soon as possible. I soon check my bank, and yes! the money were avaliable, no try to withdraw those money from Holafare was done. So I called them, at that time I was in Italy, so I spent 25 dollars just to say that I had to contact someone by the name Cielo, I told them they have my contact number in case the line dropped off, but no one ever called my back. So I had to spent much more money to understand the price for my tickets were tripled, even though in the very moment while we were speaking that very same ticket was still advertise in their web site at the same price I bought them at the first time. And those ticket were there for days, so I let my husband call to make an attempt to buy those tickets but they were never possible to buy, the answer was always the same, no matter the hour we call, like very very early in the morning, "sorry those tickets are not avaliable for today, they were already sold, every 90 minutes the site updates, if you find them again you can call and we can book them for you". THAT NEVER HAPPENED NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I TRIED, SO I CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT IT IS A SCAM.
