While I was disappointed that the fare I had seen online was no longer available, Manuel helped me find the best rate that was available. He provided various options and was very thorough.

He was very unhelpful put me on hold said he was sending my confirmation through email but we already waited for our info at the airport horrible customer service I'm definitely calling when I get back to NY I will not fly delta again I want to get a refund my husband lost a days pay he is a respiratory therapist and I'm very unsatisfied. I'm definitely calling when I get home I will never use your service I think I should receive a refund my tickets were $1200 I should be compensated that's in called for

I was helped out by two very kind employees named Antonio and Stefan. They were both very kind and answered all my questions. I did have to pay a little more than what I originally anticipated but it was still a very good deal for the flights.

Jenny Smith found me two reasonably priced flights to Cabo. The process was pretty simple. The confirmation took a few extra days than expected, but the airlines are not the easiest to deal with these days so I understand. This is my second time working with Jenny for a trip and overall I am very satisfied.

FALSE ADVERTISING
Hola Fares publishes flights/fares that do not exist, stating 9 available. They then called me to switch me over to flights that are double the published fare on the website. They canceled my reservation with no charge, but the low non-existing fares are still published on the website when I searched a week later! They say they all sold out in one day! FALSE
