Bought a Kia Sportage through their event. The whole event was completely stress free from looking over their choice of cars, taking the Sportage for a test drive to signing on the dotted line. Andy Thompson the salesman was excellentand was able to answer all our questions. The branch manager was very friendly came over and thanked us for our custom. If only all purchases were this easy and stress free.

Just as my car was due it's service and MOT it decided to develop a serious brake problem due to a seized rear brake caliper. Ron in the service department suggested a course of action which included a brake check and a smaller service as much of the work required on the brakes would have been duplicated in the full service. Holden completed all the work quickly and resolved the problem professionally to my great satisfaction keeping me informed through out the process. Thanks Holden.

Ron (Eskdale) answered the phone promptly and was really courteous. Dealt with my query (MOT book in) and was just very pleasant to talk to

I was given some good advice from a very helpful lady relating to servicing my renault. I felt that she was genuinely interested in ensuring I made the right decision in the long term.

Just rang and spoke to Matthew about a service message come up on my screen and as I have already got an mot booked in March he has fitted the service and mot together to save making two journeys which is appreciated.

Matthew was very quick to answer the Service desk phone which is a plus straight away. Knew what I needed and quick to sort out the booking and clarified costs and timescales. Managed to get a date which suited me too.
The high levels of Service and attitude which I have come to expect is lovely to receive as I always get this same high level from everyone at Holden Volvo.
It maintains my level of trust and confidence and long may it continue so.
