I have been an awkward customer .with different itinerary. Changing hotels ETC .And my agent REX .has been more than helpful and obliging .
so far so good .let's hope the rest of the trip goes as well .

I am interested in taking a trip to Asia with two family members so I contacted Holiday Bay. I was helped by Bob who suggested several trips. Passing on my requirements he finally sent me the full details of two holidays which might suit the three of us. We are leaning towards 8 days in Korea. He was most helpful and now its up to us to make the decision. If the booking process is as informative and helpful as finding a trip, i will be very satisfied

We recently returned from our Thailand trip, and I can’t thank Arya enough for making the entire experience so smooth and memorable.

From the very beginning, Arya was professional, patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Planning a multi-city international trip can be overwhelming, but she handled every detail with care, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience.

I booked krakow with these people and it was the worst holiday iv been on, when I arrived and opened the door to what I thought was a hotel was dark flights of old broken wooden flights of winding stairs i was on top floor , no lift and I have arthritis in every joint, it was unbearable , I had to change apartments. It was like something out of hostel horror films. The breakfasts were a short walk to another place , and when it came to my paid for transfer to the airport I was told they didn't have a driver this was the night before baring in mind we had to leave at 4am, i had to find a taxi , but they did eventually refund the taxi fair, after days of asking, i will not be using this company again, as their lack of communication and explanations were disappointing and unfairly administrated this company needs to up their game a lot as it ruined what could have been a lovley holiday 😡😡

Izanne is excellent at what she does i am a very awkward customer but izanne took her time ,kept her calm and got me 5 different prices for the holiday i was looking for what an excellent member of staff you have there keep hold of izanne very few about.
I will be booking a holiday in the near future but i would book it through izanne.

Booking process with Shane was easy and smooth. Booked to Korea and Japan in 2028. Shane changed a few of the details I required, I was also booking while at work so was a bit late replying to messages, but still got a response even after normal business hours.
