I had the pleasure of dealing with Bob regarding a long haul holiday package .
Nothing was too much trouble, he was so patient and professional and above else extremely approachable and friendly. Wouldnt hesitate to to contact this company again

In planning a trip to Japan for the Cherry Blossom time - I wished to visit Toyko - Kyoto - Osaka and Hiroshima. - I had tried on my usually travel site, but the different visiting stops it could not cope with , so I turned to Ava Grace at Holiday Bay. who sorted out all the flights and hotels in quick order, I did want to change one hotel as low rating, but Ava was onto it with no trouble.. Will certainly consider Holiday Bay for my next Double stop booking

I rang holiday bay after seeing an ad on social media,I spoke with Jason who was professional and had a wealth of knowledge with regard to our chosen destination(Thailand) he went above and beyond tailoring our holiday to suit our needs and was patient and helpful with the various customisation of the holiday,I was dubious re the situation in the middle east(USA/iran) but was under no pressure to continue with the booking,in the end I decided to wait to see what would happen re the war, Jason was very understanding and empathetic, I will use Holiday bay in the future as Jason was so professional and proficient, and would recommend this company to anyone looking to book a holiday.

Excellent service from start to finish. Shane helped us pick the best itinerary to Thailand and swapped and changed everything I asked for. Highly recommended ❤️

We did not book with holiday bay just as we got a last minute deal with another company. However, iszamme was amazing, patient and kept in close communication trying to work some out for us. Very good service.

The communication with this company is poor also the stress and anxiety leading up to trip away is awful

We were looking to do a holiday of a lifetime and were connected to Denver whom handled our request efficiently, any queries we had were answered and our holiday was arranged. Hi, my name is Andy Woodbridge, I have recently been looking to book a 3 week vacation in October. After lots of research I got in touch with Holiday Bay. A lady by the name of Becky took on the task of providing me with an absolutely unmissable bargain of the century. To this moment I do not know how she managed to get such a great deal. She planned everything from departure at LHR and then step by step until our return. Trust me, if you are looking for a step by step vacation with everything catered for, Becky is either at the other end of the phone or online, she definitely will deliver. Although due to unforeseen circumstances I didn’t go ahead with the booking I had initially enquired about I can highly recommend this company and in particular Rex. Upon my initial request for information I was only met with what I can describe as an instant response to my query with a selection of dates airports. Response was quick and very informative. Even after all Rex’s work it wasn’t a problem to him when I said I could not go ahead. No push to proceed ever came from him or this company. If I do go ahead I will definitely go with this company.
