BEWARE!!
My order took almost a month to arrive and when it did it went straight into the trash because that is exactly what it was. The material was shoddy and it reeked of mold.
I read the reviews about this co too late. I was hoping to get lucky but no.

This is a scam, that keep making small charges on my credit card and I can’t contact them Bc there website comes and goes. I never received my order from over a month ago. When I do contact them with my order number they say it’s not a good working order number, whatever that’s supposed to mean.

THIS COMPANY HOMEGADEN IS A SCAM. They have picked up photographs from genuine designers and sites and used as their own. I purchased - foolishly - about £200 worth of goods. One felt coat arrived that looked like an old lady’s dressing gown from the 50’s and one top with a painted print peeling off with track suit trim at the neck. As you say sending back is difficult, they have blocked me or said they don’t recognise my email so I cannot get in touch. Dreadful dreadful scam. And I’ve been told the same goods are all popping up again in Facebook under a different name. The one bright moment. I complained to Paypal and they have got about a third of my money back. Please please don’t buy from Homegaden. It is a dreadful scam. .

Frankly, one star is being generous. The clothes i ordered looked nothing like the photos - really dreadful quality. I was quoted £36 to return the goods, so I opted for the 25% (!) refund. This company is an absolute rip-off. Save your money!

I'm waiting for a refund after putting a complaint through on PayPal. For two items...another item I've been waiting for them to get in stock for three months. I can see once I've got the other refund I'm going to have to start a claim on the coat for a refund.

Good advise: don’t waste your money and time. Terrible quality. I’m still waiting for missing item -almost 2 months. I want to return all items (I ordered size S and it fits like size L), i send an email and almost 3 weeks no reply. I don’t think I’ll get my money back ever. Even if i have a right to do so.

I would give a negative 0 rating, if was an option. The boots I ordered are fake leather, and look nothing like the picture. I’m still waiting for the leggings, and I’m sure they’re going to be terrible too. I ordered both items close to a month ago and just received one. If the prices were similar to Wish, I wouldn’t mind as much but the prices are high so I expected good quality. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before throwing my $ away. When I tried to return them I was told I have to ship them to China (when I was also told they were sent to me from California, which turned out to be untrue ) and would have to pay the shipping (even though I was not mailed the item I ordered). The company took no responsibility for mailing me the incorrect items and now I’m out 60$.

It looked so different on the website. A waste of money. Many difficulties to return the item. Besdies, item is nothing like the picture, Just get chap polyester thin sweater instead of Knitted quality woll like its photo

Awful company, was promised item 10-20 days delivery. After a month still nothing. Refund given through paypal. Beware!!!!

A terrible company to work with! It took a month to get one of my items, and the other (which I ordered in the same transaction) still had not been processed or sent out 25 days later. The pants I ordered were not true to size and looked completely different from the advertisement. When I saw that the shirt I ordered still had not been sent out, I asked for a refund. They asked me twice to please wait for the item to become available before I settled on wanting my money back. I feel like I had to get upset for them to finally agree. They offered to give me 15% "cash" back with out returning the pants I ordered and received, or I can spend my own money sending them back to the return center, located in Guangzhou, China. If they inspect the package and find it fit for return, THEN they will refund your full amount paid. The entire process can take a couple of months, per their guidelines. This place is not worth your money or sanity.

I would like to give homegaden 0 if allowed. Items received look planets away from what I ordered. The material quality of dish cloths are better than the so called woollen jumpers I received. Dodgy retailer of the year!!!!! Stay well away

Do not buy from this company. I ordered several things. The order went through but a week later I got a message to say 1 of the items was out of stock
The second week I got another message to say another item was out of stock. I one thing I did get was cheap and nasty and Im still waiting 3 weeks later for the last item. Ive had no refund from this company. Not happy

Should have read these reviews first. My experience is exactly like everyone else here. Poor quality item that looks nothing like the advertisement and no way to return without paying shipping fees to CHINA!! The 15% refund they offered is a joke!

Do not order from this company or a company Joyfornice Dersign as they are one in the same. The goods are very poor quality and not fit for purpose. They are a pain to deal with when trying t send items back and will try and scare you by saying that the goods could be held in customs and they the customer will have to pay for this, this is a deterrent to you sending them back and they get their money regardless of selling shoddy items. Totally substandard and when you get them they look nothing like the picture and you will want to put them in the bin

I got this info from Paypal as I have argued that they should be taking the goods back etc.

After 3 weeks I finally received my order, but it was made of polyester and not the cotton colored knitted shawl I expected. So sorry... no good review! Maybe next time!

I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I ordered what I thought was a knit scarf ("Women's Casual Multicolor Stripes Round Neck Scarves") to gift to someone and while it totally looks like a knitted scarf in the photos what I received was a printed cotton fabric that looks nothing like the photo.

The sweater I ordered has a hood that started to fall apart the second I took it out of the bag. I wouldn't have worn it anyway since all the seams were chunky, unfinished and exposed. It also smelled horrible.

I'm still waiting on two sweaters because I stupidly ordered 3 to get one free but I have no hopes of getting anything I would wear. Total waste of money.

I don't often post such things but hope that in doing so I will save someone else the money and hassle of ordering from this site.

I’d actually give no stars, but that’s not an option! Horrible, terrible, junk!! Like so bad it’s funny and I’m embarrassed to have been lured into believing I would receive what was advertised. Do not buy ANYTHING from this website...I repeat do NOT BUY ANYTHING!

Nightmare company, the trousers are really synthetic, disasters. I ask for a refund, and the offer me 15% of price money back! This is joke!!!
