I was really impressed with how quickly an appointment was arrange for (within 3 days). How kind and understanding Gareth was at the office especially as I lived a distant from the property. The person was very nice who did the check even though it wasn't really in his area but he didn't complain at all. He was also very thorough in doing the inspection. I would recommend this company to anyone,

As a new landlord, I was required to provide an energy efficiency certificate for the property before the letting agency would market it. The agency offered to arrange this for me at twice the cost of Homescore, which provided me with a quick and easy solution. The assessment was completed as promised on day one, and I received the certificate as a PDF email attachment on day three. This company was easy to deal with online, and the whole thing worked seamlessly.

Unfortunately there was a bit of a saga to get to the point of booking an appointment. The appointment I was given was cancelled, last minute. They said they were not able to come round that day. However, after some persuasion, the lady said someone would be round late afternoon. After ringing in advance to update us, the gentleman turned up and carried out the inspection. The EPC was quickly registered and emailed to us.

Happy to recommend. Painless experience and a decent cost saving.
