Quick and easy process from booking the survey to getting the report. Was kept up to date that they gained access to the house. Was also emailed the report the same day of the Pre Completion Survey. The report was very thorough and detailed, included photos of the snags they found, as well as photos of other checks that they had done that passed.

I highly recommend Matthew. The snag was completed efficiently and professionally. Very good communication and all things found at the snag were explained thoroughly over the phone.

Lee visited property and produced a report highlighting many serious faults from ‘5 star builder’ Barratts. Yes it cost £475 but without the report to back you up , there is little leverage to force the builder to correct their defective work. Special thanks also to Naomi in the office who is both knowledgeable and friendly. Don’t think, just book them!

Simon gave us a really great service & picked up a lot of things that we would never has seen or noticed. It really is worth spending the money & you get what you pay for. I will be using Simon again before my new build home warranty expires to fix any snags.

When my developer refusing to address the items on my initial snagging list, I hired Dominic (surveyor from HomeSnag) to do a second inspection. Dominic was very patient when answering my questions during his survey, explaining the weaknesses in the house and the different methods to handle such issues. He later was also willing to clarify his points, after receiving the developer’s comments on his survey report.

Marius from HomeSnag completed a Fundamentals Survey for us. He was polite, friendly, on time, left everything as he found it, explained everything to us clearly. He provided a report within the day and responded quickly when we had follow-up questions. Marius carried out a post completion survey of my new built. He was on-time for the appointment and even accommodated our request for a different start time. He was very thorough and detailed in his survey and surveyed every corner of the property with precision. We also got a boroscopic cavity check done as a part of the survey. We needed to report the issues with glasses, kitchenware and sanitary ware on the same day as the builder was pushing for it and Marius accommodated my request for the same. He then sent me over the full snagging report within 24 hours which included many issues which we hadn't noticed ourselves. Overall I am very happy with services of Homesnag and will use them again

We received a full detailed report documenting the many faults/issues with accompanying photos and he made reference to NHBC guidance.
