We used HomeSnag for a new build we purchased and we commissioned a full survey just after we moved in. Dominic was very thorough and professional taking time and care to check everything thoroughly. He took the time to discuss everything with us and we received a full report within 48 hours which has gone to the house builder to rectify the issues found. There’s always going to be issues with new houses but we felt very confident that Dominic was thorough and detailed. Very pleased and would use them again, a 5 star company

David was lovely and has a great eye for detail. He spent around 4hrs checking every inch of the house for snags and documented it in a nicely laid out report. We received the report that evening and it has been invaluable for getting our snags sorted with the new build company.

The whole process of dealing with HomerSnag was both seamless and professional from start to finish. From the lady who answered the phone and explained the various inspections on offer to the speed in which I received my report, everything was made clear and delivered in an effective manner. I used HomeSnag for a Pre Completion Inspection on a large new build property a few days before I completed/moved in.
