Kait Spurrier was personable, listened, acknowledged concerns and answered all questions accordingly. Many business have one or two of these qualities but Kait demonstrated all of them. Definitely worth the time and effort.
We started the process on April 22 and we received our funds today, June 8. We probably would have gotten through the process faster had I uploaded things faster and was able to schedule parts of the process sooner. Eugene was our advisor through the process and he was so helpful. He gently reminded me of things I needed to upload and informed us of the steps throughout the process. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process.
