Don't waste your time
I've applied for many months for many many items to test from a toothbrush to an airfryer, I've been unsuccessful everytime, if I don't qualify for a simple toothbrush I should never have been accepted. It seems the more we login in & apply ( which takes forever btw ) the better for them but useless for most of us,. I've now unsubscribed but still receive emails offering testers which is a concern
It's gr8 how a reply from HTC has been written on here so nicely for all to see when obviously I contacted them numerous times prior to writing this review

Okay in the past, unuseable now
Sadly, the page is impossible to use these days. I get error messages which have nothing to do with my internet or browsers. Cloudflare tells me there are problems with the hometester club site. When it's not cloudflare, it's the actual site telling me "oops, something went wrong."
Maybe it's because I don't leave only 5-star reviews? Maybe honesty is just not appreciated and stopped from using the site? I spent so much time TRYING to apply for projects that would be interesting (I don't apply for stuff I don't care about, like all the cosmetics). But I managed to go through ONE application, then got an error message just after hitting "submit". So, of course, it didn't count as finished. Customer support seems non-existent, and the only way to get a response seems to be by leaving a review on Trustpilot. That's not good enough.

I am leaving a 4 because their website will not open anymore. I am getting an 503 error from Google. I have received products from the company. I just can't review them. I have reached out to the company with no luck finding what is going on.

My experience with Hometesterclub.com is a very positive one. I have tested so many things and think it is great and I all I have to do is test the products they send and leave a review or upload a video. Couldn't be simpler and regularly test things. 😊

It's a really great club.
They send very good quality products and these are not samples, but fully-fledged products.
Thanks to this club I discovered some really amazing brands that I use everyday, and recommend to others.
I'm very happy because this Club gave me a chance to test more fantastic products.
Unfortunately i moved house and I forgot to write recensing and this Club didn't give me more chances to test. My fault, I really regret. I really recommend Home Tester Club.

Where do I start, wish i had read the reviews and did some research before joining.
They ask a dozen questions, only to either say no or keep you waiting. Those that get selected are mainly bloggers and influencers. Clearly targeted to the wrong demographic. Should be renamed as bloggers tester club. Reviews are biased when it's wannabes on social media reviewing them. Simply collecting and selling data. People want to see real honest reviews, from the general public not fake wannabe bloggers.

Not as rewarding as expected
I joined this club several months ago but so far I have got ONE item for review ONLY. Super FEW products available for review… very disappointing. Even if you are lucky enough to find one item for review, you will have to wait, wait and wait Zzzzzzz. Don’t know why it takes so long (nearly a month?) for the logistics… speechless.
Upon completion of a written review, no point is awarded either. And again it takes so looooooong to have your review published.
The website is not a user friendly one. Not much support is provided.
Not a rewarding or pleasant experience at all. Disappointed.

We are really sorry you experience was not what you expected. Most of our platform consists of product tests with free products delivered to our member's homes. Ocassionally, we run some product tests with discount codes that either cover 100% of the costs or a portion of the cost. We are always transparent about the percentage being covered and ask that members agree to this before they are selected. Opting out of these type of tests is always an option and we want you to know this will never impact your eligibility for other product tests.

The fact that not only new customers have a chance to try something they may fall in love with but the company may not have been able to get their product out to different demographics. Once or twice I’ve had a missing products or boxes not arrive but they always take care of the issue and do what’s right.

Answer ALOT of questions about a product to test and never get an email with a yes or no as to be chosen to test. Complete waste of my time. Deleted my account. Unfortunately, they don’t ask why. Hardly a legit company, with a marketing background they’re only collecting data. Avoid this at all costs.

Great! I have already tested one product and my second is being sent now. I’ve been on for about a year and a half I think. It’s easy to leave feedback for the products.
I personally think people are seeing it the wrong way. It’s a privilege, not a right to get to test something for free. I for one am very happy!

Not bad, need some more stuff to test:)
Been registered on the site for about 3 years, had 3-4 products to test, although I keep applying all the time, but not getting selected. Also trying to leave good honest reviews/opinion, so hopefully it's not affecting selection criteria. Let's hope I will get to test and review more products in the future.
Just to add, one item didn't arrive at all think I did send an email, but had no response.
And I have had some issues in the past when I couldn't leave a review.

Sadly Disappointed
So much Enjoyed the products I was paired with, easy, fun and educational. Simple to perform my responsibilities back to Home Tester Club. Till now with Zarbee’s Cough Syrup! I love it my grandson takes it with ease. It works great without the “energy high” he gets with others. Last through the night. Are the things I’d write on the survey if I could?? I’ve tried at least 6 times to do the survey. Every time I receive “ Opps we had difficulties, we are working on it”. I’ve tried to reach out on Several attempts to Support team. Even sent a pic of what I am seeing. NO RESPONSE But PLENTY of REMINDERS that my account is in Jeopardy
