I was interested in finding the true owner of a property that I am interested in renting.

Easy to access and very informative

This was an excellent report, and easy to do.

My granddaughter is looking for a 1 bedroom apartment and I was just getting a little more info on the house. I wanted to see who owned it and just general info about the house

This was the first time I tried to locate information about our condo on-line. It was much easier than expected and I found what I was looking for.

Everything was good for the information I needed. Only thing the info was only to 2018 I needed newer info.

i thought the report was very thorough and fairly exact. also, some information i was not aware of

Report is inline with Zillow. I wanted to see how the appraisal would come in with zillow, since I am refincing and need to get an appraisal. This came in at 134000 and zillowl came in at 138000. I will have a better idea of how it will come out, with the refiinance after I get the appraisal that will be going to the loan company. I do like the checklist which gives a view of of what an inspector would look at.

Awesome site. I received all the information I was looking for a very reasonably priced. I would recommend this sight for anyone renting or buying a house to verify the information landlord or seller is giving you.

I used this service to get a short-notice market value on my home. It took several minutes to calculate data and generate the report. I also didn't know that there would be a charge which was $1 for the report. However, the data it generated seemed to be pretty accurate and well worth $1.

Different controls than what 'm used to but ti works
