Worth the cost and effort.
Easy to use and a reasonable response time. If you need the information on a piece of property ad don't have the time or expertise to check the court records, then this is the place for you. I would recommend.

The information was helpful. There is some inaccurate data in reference to house size and listing. I think there needs to be updated numbers and size information. Upon further review of your site, most information is OUTDATED & OLD.

Satisfactory but lacking detail.
Overall I found the report satisfactory. It did provide an average review of the property but I felt it could have been a little more detailed. What I found lacking were any upgrades to the home or any information on building permits. This would have made the report more current and informative.
