Awful

One star is too much for the service I have received. Order placed 6 weeks ago, and despite follow up email, I have still not received any further notification as to when my products will arrive. I would not recommend anyone use this company.
UPDATE: in response they claimed I had received the products but this is untrue as I was in all day on the supposed delivery day and nothing arrived. They have still failed to reply to my emails so customer service is appalling!

Wraps these are NOT!

When I ordered"wraps: I didn't expect something the size of a beermat! They will not WRAP anything!
I have already been using silicone discs to cover items, They are substantial and reusable, I consider your advertising is not in accordance with trade description legislation, the product is Not aware it is a plastic cover,
Having read your aggressive replies to criticism I am not expecting an adequate explanation, but am seriously considering reporting you to the British Standards Office

I can see from your order that you ordered 1x small, 1x medium and you received 1x small for free as part of the offer we have. The sizes are listed on our website, however, they are not the size of a beer mat. Our advertising is perfectly fine, thank you, as stated, the sizes are listed for you and for other potential customers to see.

Get it cheaper in their shop!!

I do like their products and I bought some more from their new shop in peterborough BUT I am disappointed that they are selling things cheaper in their shop. Apparently it is because they do not have overheads to pay from queensgate shopping centre and they are only giving a donation but I still don't think it's fair. I bought some of their organic black soap from their website, amazing for my dermatitis,, about 2 months ago and they are selling it £2 cheaper in their shop!! Get it from their shop if you are local!!

I am sorry that you were disappointed at the prices being different in our pop up shop in Peterborough, but you are right about it being cheaper because we do not have any overheads such as warehouse fees, picking and packing fees, delivery costs, staff costs. Because of this, we wanted to pass the saving on to our customers and encourage the people of Peterborough to become more eco friendly. We also chose to partner with that pop up shop because they are ethical and lots people have been asking us to sell our products on the high street, but supermarkets are not always ethical in their values.

I purchased the reusable wraps and I…

I purchased the reusable wraps and I had problems with them initially.I have arthritus. but I was sent the instructions by email which I was grateful for because I get enough junk mail through the door as it is wasting all the trees. Anyway I got them working and they are great.

Thank you for your prompt response, I’ve not had one thus far. Could you please advise what your business address is for legal documents to be sent to? Thus far I have not had a response regarding this.

I am sorry to say that everything I have said is correct. The two orders I made were on the same day (check your records). PayPal advised me to contact Citizens Advice and my credit card company as a result of your poor responses.

My credit card company are now pursuing this on my behalf...I’m pleased to say that they have provided me with a full refund for the two items not received, and they have the evidence in their possession to pursue this further.

This is a relief for me, as now I can just focus on my last few months of maternity leave, and enjoying my two young babies.

Please note that out of 7items, I have received 3 which were all sent individually wrapped in loads of plastic from China with a Chinese return address on the label. The tracking numbers provided for the 2 missing items were also from China, according to Royal Mail.

With all of this in mind, I welcome any suit from you, because at least then all of these reviews (along with other people you have scammed who have not reviewed on here) will be in the media for all to see. Unfortunately for you I have the proof of everything I have said, and you know it. That’s why you won’t engage in any legal court case. I have already sent you a recorded delivery letter (as per Citizens Advice to me), starting this process but you refused to sign it. I had planned to take you to a small claims court, but now my credit card company are pursuing this instead.

All of this information has been given to Citizens Advice, who in turn will update trading standards. I believe they are building a case, which means more people need to report their mistreatments formally through Citizens Advice.

I understand the consequences of defamation from a legal standpoint, therefore I would never make a false statement. Everything I have said is 100% accurate, and I am happy to co-operate with anyone in this regard.

Original review;

I have made two orders of 7 products from this company. This is my second review, to account for my two orders and altogether horrific experience in dealing with this company.

After two of my ordered items were not delivered by Royal Mail, I asked Honest Miracle to look into these non-delivered items. They did not. They ignored me. Therefore, I looked into this myself. Royal Mail advises they don’t know where the items were, but the sender could claim for the non-delivered items, as they sent it. They made a suggestion in the letter that the seller would want to keep their customers happy therefore would re-send or refund the items.

Honest Miracle unfortunately are not that kind of company.

On top of this the products I received are poor at best, and they have a shed load of PLASTIC packaging surrounding it, and they are sent directly from China, which is not stated on their website.

I have contacted Citizens Advice, who advised me to send a signed for letter, which I did. Honest Miracle did not accept the letter. I asked them for their address privately initially, but did not receive a response. I then asked for their address publicly on their advertisement. They ignored me, and deleted other messages from people leaving negative comments. Then when I commented on a comment they responded to, asking for their address they deleted my comment, and blocked me on Facebook.

It is clear from my experience and from these reviews that this company is dishonest, and fraudulent. Citizens Advice have reported them to Trading Standards, I urge others to contact Citizens Advice too.

Thankfully, my credit card provider is now pursuing this on my behalf.

Please be warned! This company is fraudulent and has been reported to trading standards.

Ines, you keep writing bad reviews for our company but PayPal have already investigated your claims and found that all of your orders were individually tracked and delivered and that your claims were false.

We look forward to any investigations from Trading Standards - we have all of the proof and the backing of PayPal and Royal Mail.

We are not a fraudulent company, we are a small family company that actually cares about the environment and everyone's health and I am shocked that we are the subject of such nasty claims because we only advertise to honest people that share our love for protecting the environment and our health.
However, we have added you to a scam list for online retailers.
If you persist in telling lies about or company we will take legal action for defamatory reviews.

Just to point out - if you claim that our products were sent to you from China (which they were not!) then, how come you also did not receive them?! I rest my case.

The ONLY order you did not receive was the African Black Soap and that was because after all of your fraudulent claims on PayPal I was not going to personally make you soap and then send it to you, to then be accused of not sending that order to you as well. You were refunded for that order.

We will always fight people trying to scam our family company and you lost, PayPal seen through you. You ordered, then claimed we didn't send products to you, then you ordered more. If we truly had not sent anything to you, who in their right mind would order again?! Not an honest customer. I will not be discussing this matter further.

Would recommend. Fast delivery by courier and the pads are very very comfortable. I would never go back to disposable sanitary wear.

Bad service, bad description of goods, no replies to emails.

I ordered the multi pack of 4 sheets of silicon seals. For the sale price of £32. They are small. I was shocked when I opened the packet! (Which was a plastic bag!) They are each packed in a plastic bag too. I expected the largest to cover a dinner plate, so save using cling film, that's the one we cover the most. The largest would barely cover a side plate.

I did wonder if they stretch and I was mistaken, as I dare not take them out of the pack as I didn't want to damage them. So I emailed the company for advice. This was at the time my mother in law was dying, before Christmas' so a very stressful time. 24th Jan and I still havent had a reply.

I wish I had checked them on here before I ordered, as I was taken in by marketing!

I have emailed them again today to ask how to send the order back, theres no return slip inside the pack, no advice on where to send it, there is an address on the grey bag maybe I will send it there.

I am not happy at all, disgusted I was taken in by this at a stressful time. My mother in law subsequently die, and here I am trying to sort this out, and the company don't even have the common courtesy to get back to me.

I would not use them again.

Sorry to hear of your loss, J, we also experienced a family bereavement, so we know how hard that can be especially at Christmas time, we do apologise for not replying to your email, as I am sure you can understand how hard it has been trying to keep the family business running and raising a young family at the same time when there's been a family bereavement , I cannot actually find your email now as I am searching for it. Are you emailing info@honestmiracle.com? Please email there for any help. The food wraps are non returnable due to hygiene rules. The large will indeed stretch over a plate, they are to be stretched to stick, as stated on our instructions that we send by email as part of our policy to reduce waste whenever we can.

I am sorry about the plastic packaging, the cellophane is compostable but we do have a constant battle with the warehouse and postal service regarding packaging, we are hoping to invest in vegetable alternatives but these are very expensive, in the meantime if you pop a note on your orders saying that you want them sent in paper we can then legally send them as we have your permission (it's annoying for us too, sorry about that, but we are trying our best, and at least the products we sell are all reusable, so you are helping the environment, thank you for caring about the environment.)

Food wraps don't work

I've tried to use my Honest Miracle food wraps but despite following the instructions on the video, I cannot get them to stretch at all. I feel that I've been conned. Don't buy them.

Too much plastic

The reusable sanitary pads I ordered all arrived individually wrapped in plastic, inside a plastic bag. Also looks like the package was sent from Hong Kong as there is a customs sticker on the back of it and there are similar pads on eBay with exactly the same fabrics. The pads themselves look fine and well made Im just very disappointed in the amount of plastic, not environmentally friendly at all.

I don't normally write reviews but this…

I don't normally write reviews but this company has made me angry. The food wraps I bought were terrible - one broke as it came out of the packet, the others don't stretch to cover a normal sized bowl and don't stick. I emailed the company and they have ignored my email; I wrote a bad review on their website, which they have not published - they only show good reviews. Avoid this company.

Terrible Customer Service - Be Warned!

This company is terrible, they clearly don't care about customers. I ordered an item that didn't turn up, and when I emailed to cancel/get refund they ignored me for weeks and weeks. When they did respond it was: "We pride ourselves on good customer service, thanks for bringing to our attention". Still no refund or actual response, and they blocked me on FB so I couldn't message them or comment.

When my item did turn up (well outside of the 7-14 days stated on the website), they still didn't respond with a way to return and get my money back - envelope has never even been opened.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You may be lucky and receive your cheap, over priced items from China; or you could be like me and be ignored when they don't turn up.

Also, do not believe their review responses trying to blame customers or imply they aren't genuine feedback. The items arrive directly from China in plastic with no information/instructions.

**Just to say - I am still waiting on a response from this company on my order placed on 30 November. And any reviews left on their website that aren't 4 star and glowing are deleted.

*** Kelvin, let's be clear, and honest, because as a company you are extremely passive aggressive. I placed my order on 30 November - this is NOT Black Friday. My order came directly from China - I can send pictures to prove it, as it's still in the original packaging in a drawer. The items turned up on 27 December - if you'll notice that is after Christmas and well over 14 days (even business days). I emailed repeatedly about the order with no response. I asked to cancel the order after the 14 days, because alas it hadn't arrived and I receive no info. Yes, I email every day trying to get a response - that isn't harassment. I was not blocked by FB because I left one honest review, that was not aggressive or out of line - you blocked me. I love small business, just not yours. My items were metal straws, that were never opened and did not arrive in time to be given as the gifts they were intended to be - but alas, I might have accepted not being able to return them, if you would have taken two seconds to email and explain, or apologise for being so horrible with your customer service. I really hope people see you for what you are - con artists. You clearly DO NOT care about customers, so stop pretending to and just continue to enjoy taking people's hard earned money - I too have a young family, so don't try to guilt me into silence.

Sadly I find myself having to agree…

Sadly I find myself having to agree with the poor reviews - I ordered two items; one took a couple of weeks, the other is still outstanding a month later, and was meant for Christmas. Not having had any response to three emails I am hoping for a reply here as I am £20 down and don't know if I will ever receive the items.

The tea diffusers haven’t even arrived and neither has the sanitary bag.
They do not reply to Facebook messages or emails.
Benefit given as a small family business. However a little courtesy goes a long way and they are more family con artists.

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole

I too wish I’d read the reviews, ordered some reusable silicone tea bags 14 days ago, still not arrived, no response to any emails I’ve sent. These people are not what they seem, lovely email after order but when things aren’t right then they hide away. Will never use them again and I urge you to avoid them, you can get everything they sell elsewhere

I wish I'd read some reviews before…

I wish I'd read some reviews before using this company. Toothbrush arrived 3 weeks after ordering. No response to the email I sent chasing it up. It arrived from China. In plastic packaging. The other item I ordered arrived within the shipping times given on the website. This item was delivered in a plastic bag, inside a plastic bag. Won't be using again.

Very disappointed with my purchase

Very disappointed with the raw black African soap I ordered. I feel that the photo of the item was misleading for a start as it showed four bars in a pile. When I received the soap, which coast me £10.99 I was shocked to see there was one very small square of soap. The packet said it contained 100 gram but the soap I received only weighed 87 gram.
I’ve emailed the company immediately to say the soap didn’t weigh what the packet stated but so far I’ve had no acknowledgement or response from them. I will not use this company again and I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering.
It’s now 23 December and I’ve still had no contact or even acknowledgement of my email to them. So I’m assuming they just don’t give a damned. Will never use this company again.

I am sorry to hear about your experience, this is not what we would expect from our high standards. I am sorry to hear that you feel the advert was misleading because it shows four bars in a pile, however, would you also say that apple is misleading for showing a couple of phones in their advertising? Do you expect 4 phones if you're purchasing 1 phone just because a photo shows 4 phones? Photos are to show products off, they're pretty photos, however it is clearly listed that it's 100grams of soap. The packet doesn't actually say it contains 100grams, the packet is hand wrapped with just a sticker on, keeping with our least packaging as possible values. However, on our website it does say you are buying 100 grams of African Black Soap. You should have received the 100 grams of soap that you purchased, so please could you send us a photo of your African Black Soap being weighed and we will be sure to send you another 13 grams of soap to make up for this error. Please email that to info@honestmiracle.com

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. I ordered some so-called Food Wraps which were to fit a round dish and seal it. What I was sent was a square flimsy piece of plastic that could never do the job. I immediately returned these WITHOUT BREAKING THE PLASTIC WRAPPING SEALS and in response was told that I would not be refunded as these items were now unhygienic. Absolute nonsense. Please spread the word that this is a company that deserves to be boycotted completely.

We are also bound by UK health and hygiene laws and we are not allowed to re-sell food wraps that have been returned to other customers for hygiene reasons, this therefore means it is non returnable which is clearly stated on our website, otherwise, as a small family business we would be out of business and probably not be able to even feed our family because that would mean having our amazing products made at our own cost, sending them out to thousands of people for free, covering the postage for all of our orders and that's not what business is I am afraid, even non profit charities can't do that. It was also a sale item, which was non returnable.

We are sad to hear that you feel that our company deserves to be "boycotted" when we do our best to help other eco conscious families be as eco friendly and healthy as possible. Please do let us know if we can be of anymore assistance by email.
