Part of the order was missing, which they did refund. The print on the hoodie was very good but the material is terrible. After wearing once it is already full of bobbles and looking a mess. Also, it took a month to arrive... Too long. Need to improve material quality.

Super good quality tee shirt. I have some for years and it doesn't mouve, the fabric is soft sweet and strong, colors still vibrant. Price are good. Definitively one of my favorite brand, nice job guys

Not really impressed with Hoodie lab as when I had questions about returns it took them days to answer. I ordered 2 x small sweaters and they are like extra small. I cannot even fit my head through the hole to get the jumper over my head without a real struggle and the arms and cuffs are so tight. I am a size small as I have lots of other sweaters. This is really is for an extra small size. The delver takes over a month and a few items from the first delivery I sent back for exchange was such a hassle that I couldn't be bothered the second time around. Some of the makes and style of sweaters differ in size that it is all so confusing to order.

Great quality handmade products. Got a bit delayed due to ordering it right before the holidays but it was worth the wait. Will definitely buy again!

They have high quality & clearly hand crafted clothing coupled with amazing designs. I’m a personal fan of their Catmoflauge pattern haha! There was a slight mix up in the color on one of my orders, and they immediately started crafting the replacement order and shipped it without asking me to send the incorrect order back. Ivy with their customer service took great care of me and is top notch without question!

The hoodie is really nice. The communication was prompt and they were willing to work with me. The sleeves were a little tight and short. We might should’ve ordered a larger size even though we measured. Overall I would recommend this company.

Ordered beginning of December as a xmas gift. They said max 3 weeks delivery. Product arrived in February!! Not only that but it was terribly made. The measurements are all off. I ordered a XL and it is smaller than a medium! My head won't even fit through the top hole!! To top off now I have to pay a fee for the return!!

After the abysmal experience I had when ordering from Fresh Hoods, I was a little nervous to order from another company incase history repeated itself, luckily though the company I ordered a replacement from, I can only describe as the best hoodie company on the internet!
I was kept fully up to speed with every step of the printing process, the order was dispatched exactly when they said it would be dispatched and arrived neatly packed and looking perfect! The quality and fit are perfect, the colours are bright and vibrant and I will most definitely be ordering more, may have to buy some of their T-shirts next time! Highly recommend these guys if you want clothing that really makes a statement!

It's been well over 3 years since I purchased a hooded blanket and I still use it frequently! I've washed it several times and the quality is still fine.

Ordered an item on 5th December for a Christmas present, it’s now 18th January and I’ve still not received it. Just says ‘crafting’ and has done ever since I placed the order, every time I ask them for an update they just fob me off and say it will be shipped next week…week after that …. and so on. At this point I think I’ve been scammed.

I ordered one item in November, for a Christmas gift. It’s now January 17th and it still says it’s “in the production” phase. I reached out to the company in mid December and they replied saying that they were behind on producing and shipping orders because of the holiday. (Understandable). They offered to refund my shipping costs, which never happened. I emailed them 2x in the last week and it’s been crickets. Do not order from this company- seems more like a scam than a business !!!!
