I wouldnt even give them a 1 star. I ordered 2 gift cards on Thursday the website clearly says 15mins-24 hours for email delivery and here I am on Monday still getting a run around about why they haven't sent it..They claim the IT team has to fix the problem with this and I am not the only one who ordered gift cards and haven't received them someone ordered some the same day I did and they haven't got theirs either. SO PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING from them it's a lie and the customer service is horrendous they don't even know what to do or how to access the previous call I made to them and if u have to call customer service be prepared to wait on hold for at least 45 mins that's the minimum the company is worthless but they don't mind holding on to that money. Now I will call cooperate and tell them someone is not doing their job 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I had purchased an AR636 receiver from Amazon, and the device had already been registered to another account for some reason. I emailed the Horizon Hobby customer support line to see if they could help. Within 48hrs I had confirmation that the receiver could be registered and updated to the latest firmware. This is the most recent example of their prompt and courteous customer support. I am happy with how this company makes its customers the priority.
As I write this I am still not flying after placing an order 2 1/2. MONTHS AGO. A $500 order produced the most frustration and amazement at how bad a company can be. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with

Everything about this company, except for 1 technical support person, reeks of ineptitude and the cheapest decisions by the owner/ owners.
I did make a few mistakes being a returnee to RC from years ago.
There was something wrong with EVERY attempt to access ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING CONCERNING
1 or more orders. And I mean EVERYTHING.
It would have saved me A LOT of money and AGGRAVATION had I just taken a 8 lb sledge hammer and hit my foot a few good whacks……..
No…. Make that BOTH FEET.

Had a fit and finish issue with the left wing of my new super timber, sent a couple photos to their team and they shipped a new wing to me the next day! Customer service appears to be job 1 with Horizon Hobby and as always I’m a very satisfied customer! I’ve been buying products on their website for four decades. Great job folks!!
They let you download version 9.5 of RealFlight but won't let me buy the serial number to use it. They want me to buy their more expensive Evolution which is a step backwards and not user friendly at all.If not being produced, then why is it available for download

Second time and final time I will ever order from them. I called them on a weekday morning to follow up on an order I placed 2 weeks prior and after holding for 2 hours (as I was working) they dumped my call. I went on line to chat and they told me the items are no longer available. Don't waste your time with this store it's time you will never get back.

Ordered a part on Jan 28th ended up shipping on the 3rd of February somehow along the way it's been stopped in California because of weather delays it has almost been a feel week since it's paused and hasn't updated yet tried to reach out to the shipper FedEx thinks it's lost and horizon won't refund for at least 21 business days which means I'll be waiting at least 2 months total before a refund

Absolutely AWFUL company. Ordered a part that was in stock and it was scheduled for 4-6 day delivery. Waited 7 days (a day after it should have arrived) and had to wait on the phone for an hour and a half, just for them to tell me that they basically forgot to ship it. That's literally what they said "it got lost in the system" (which translates to "we forgot to ship it"). Well, they sure didn't forget to charge me for the item!

Lately I've been very happy with the customer service at HH. I make my big purchases at the local Hobby shop. Came to customer support for an issue with a new Losi Mini LMT. One quick service request and boom they're sending out the defective part. I've had this great experience with every warranty claim. In my honest opinion some of the best warranty service I've experienced lately. Great people, great hobby, I'd say the value is great but like everything lower prices would be nice. Life is expensive, hobbies are more expensive and I'm grateful I can enjoy it all. Keep on keeping on!
Awesome company always quick to respond to my various emails, and extremely helpful with warranty’s/issues always releasing new products and exceeding my expectations over and over! Couldn’t recommend any higher
Horizon offers either live help or email help. Their products generally work without a problem but when an issue arises they are there to assist.
I use Spektrum products and trust their technology with $2000 helicopters.

I filled my shopping cart and applied for the first-time order discount online. 3 days later the code had not arrived, no chat anccess over the weekend, no phone support on Monday. When I finally reached a human on chat and was able to complete the order, some items on sale when I selected them were no longer on sale. This a simple fairness issue they would not honor. Disappointing access and unfair treatment.

Customer support is awful
I wish I could give them negative Stars. If any company ever deserves it this one does. I ordered the revolution 90fp and from the day it was delivered the flight board has issues. Every time I try to plug the battery in the white wire pushes out of the connector on the flight board. I tried calling the customer support phone line several times many times and no one would ever answer so I did the chat chat said someone would get back with me in 48 hours. I never got any response whatsoever. The customer support at this place has gotten worse over the years they used to be so good and now I'm not sure if I will ever order from them again

Ver Poor Customer Service! They were great 5 years ago. Now they are terrible! Unable to get correct part for my expensive plane. No on has a clue!
Also bought a plane from a HH retailer at list price, the HH puts it on sale 2 days later for $50 off. HH says too bad so sad cause I bought it from a store not the web site. But the store now has it on sale! WTF?

I recently purchased a prop adapter from Horizon Hobby online. It shipped super fast. Unfortunately it was missing a screw when it arrived. I contacted customer service and they responded right away. They asked for some info and pics, and then sent me another adapter at no charge! It arrived super fast as well! Very pleased.
