Trust pilot is blocking reviews put up on bad business and if you know servers have the same IP address they track you and your colleges threw the IP address they leave you open so the review doesn't show up My boss was put out of business by OPTIMUM Altice They deleted his email addresses and locked him out of his servers he lost everything we are all out of work and trust pilot is using some kind of software or one of their reps are protecting OPtimun there are 16 people out of work because of this OPTIMUM is lying to him he is angry and we are listening to the rep saying he needs the emails He verified the information and he worked for optimum for 3 years the corporate office is Liying to him too and TRUST PILOT is blocking reviews on his developer That's wrong.

I have tried to get in contact with 'Ticketmaster'- but none of 4 telephone numbers answered my call - and one was not existing!!! A businesses that doesn't answer the phone is a fraud.

Ordered a blow of valve on July 11th 2020 still haven't gotten it. Tried to get in contact with them and nothing. They basically don't care. Just scamming people out of money. Don't buy form here.

So I ordered Wiseco pistons and I was getting worried that I wasn’t going to get them cause I read the reviews about this place after my purchase I was freaking out when I read these reviews cause I just spent almost 500 dollars. I got in touch with some guy at the company and he told me the ones I wanted were not their and recommended the size up from what I wanted turned out it was actually what I thought I ordered in the first place my item got shipped out the day after I talked with him and if you are worried about your purchase just call them and make sure they have what you want first. I got scared for a bit thinking I got ripped off but they made good and my pistons arrived today at an amazing price a150 $ cheaper than anywhere else thanks to everyone at horsepower direct

I purchased spark plugs from Horsepower direct and didn't get any, couldn't contact anyone or get any response to messages, I wrote a review and forgot about the transaction. 8 months later I was contacted about my review hurting their business and if i dont change it the would be taking me to court. I stated that i was astonished about how they didn't mention my purchase or offered a refund but they wanted me to change my review. I was also not impressed at how they were not trying to change my experience. They finally stated that the product i ordered was no longer available but i could choose another product or get store credit. I chose a simular product and i received it a few days later. They sent me updates of the order all the way to delivery. I still didnt open the package a week later. I thought this was how they should be treating a customer from the beginning to get great reviews. Maybe this was all due to Covid does strange things to people.

I put up a post on FB looking for some Subaru parts this representative from horsepower Direct message has the right away says he has my parts in stock. I live in Wisconsin only 2 hours away from there Distribution Center figured I would give them a shot no sooner do I make my payment I get no responses 3 days later I get an email asking how I enjoy my product into rate their company when I still haven't received a single message from the company about my order details the representative that has me call him gives me a big spill a couple weeks later about the company tells me I should be there by Friday. But still nothing it's been a month I had to order from different location got my part within 2 days put a post up on how grateful I was for the other company helping me out the representative from horsepower Direct common on my post but how it's the best thing he's heard all day. He must think it's a joke messing with people's time and money.

So far going on 2 weeks with zero communication. Spent about 700 with them thinking I was getting a deal. I see all the bad reviews getting flagged which should tell you all you need to know.

I have been calling them daily during weekdays to no avail, text hasn't worked, neither has email. I left a comment on their IG page about the situation along with someone else which promptly got deleted and I have the screenshots. The day I ordered I talked to someone and he seemed helpful but not anymore.

I even messaged em saying " I don't mind a long lead time I just wanna know what is going on" worst experience I've had with a seller in pretty much ever.

Sincerely the worst experience I have ever had shopping online. Purchased an "in stock" item, seller never reached out, item never shipped. Tried for weeks to get in contact with no response. Seller failed to give me a refund after a month of hassle, ended up having to file a claim. Total headache. Take your business elsewhere if you know what's good for you.

ordered a part on 4/10/2020 and waited a week without any information on shipping. messaged them using their IM that used to say "reply immediately" (now says within a few hours) anyway, never got a response. so I messaged their "contact us" and didn't hear anything. called the number, and straight to voicemail every time. tried to file a claim with paypal, paypal told me to wait till 5/12/2020 to escalate. 5/8/2020 I got an email with shipping info. part showed up 5/9/2020. then they asked me for a review on their site. so I gave them the same review Im giving now. (never left my information on that review, yet they knew who it was that left it....) notice the review isn't on their site.....they wrote me back telling me they were on lockdown and its a family business and itll hurt their reputation. strangely, other things Ive ordered from other places on lockdown got to me well within a timely manner. so, since they wont put honest reviews on their page, Ill slightly go out of my way to leave one here and see if it remains.

edit, I have been emailed stating they will be sending me a certified letter for "continued harassment".

my review is still flagged and being requested that I send trustpilot info that I have dealt with this company due to it being flagged......how am I in the wrong, when you still claim I havent dealt with you yet you comment on it. its been 9 months. your website has all the 5 star reviews. stop harassing me for my review.

Purchased an item from theses guys. Communication was great at first until I asked for a tracking number. Keep coming up with excuses then finally stop communicating completely. Had to get PayPal involved like so many others had to. He finally refunded my money but he waited until the last minute before PayPal would force a refund. That way I had to wait a month for my money. These guys have no right running a business. Should be shut down. Very unprofessional. The worst I have ever had to deal with. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not worth trying to save a little money. Pay for it in the long run!

I had issues at first with communication but during Covid and a time they say they moved their warehouse. I am excited to receive my part and know it is delayed due to covid.

Stay away from this company at all cost if you don't want to be scammed. They tried to steal $469.99 from me, never replied to me and never shipped the pistons, had to involve PayPal to get my money back. I really hope someone will close you guys down and take away all of you business rights!!!

Order status says "Awaiting Fulfillment" for well over 30 days. Contact numbers are either disconnected or go straight to VM. No response through email. Stay as far away from HP Direct as you possibly can if you actually want to receive the item you paid for. I have all supporting documentation including the charge back from my bank approved today.

Same issue. Awaiting fulfillment without any communication. Did I just get facked out of 150 bucks?? I'm afraid so.

mistake i made is not reading all the reviews before buying here , bought some head gasket price seemed great however 3 weeks no parts cant reach by email or phone, this place is a SCAM and PLEASE AVOID THEM BUY FROM REPUTABLE SELLERS. Now it will take a month to get money back through PayPal.

This has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with.They dont answer the phone ,emails and pms are ignored.A month and still no parts or at least an estimated date nothing.Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Great parts, great business, and great customer service. If you need something specific and not sure, the customer service will help you with as much information you need. Great parts also. Its been 2 years since I installed pistons in one car and head studs in another. They are still running fine.
