We told you the part was out of stock. Did you not see that email? if so, We are sorry. a 1-star review for a cancelled order on a set of spark plugs? We offered them for 31 dollars with Free Shipping. If they were in stock, you would have had them in 2 days. Sometimes we are told differently from manufacturers when parts are going to arrive. That is out of our control.

This is an eBay Order. eBay likes and Paypal like to hold up orders. We have since left Ebay. Other vendors were calling us and Manufacturers over our prices. JE does not have a MAP price, and we buy in bulk. You would have to take this up with eBay and ask why they do things to vendors. This has Zero to do with our business. Please contact Ebay. They won't answer our questions either.
Buyers beware!!!! Fraud
The only thing this company is good for is bashing the customer making it your fault and not taking any responsibility for the company’s own laziness. Don’t know how PayPal hasn’t closed the company’s account! And if you chose to ignore this review make sure you use Pay Pal because you will need that buyers protection.

Had to get a refund from PayPal!!! I will never do business with this company again. But hey one upside to all of this is Summit Racing will price match any of their prices and beat em by a dollar. Don’t waste your time with this place!

We will be sending you a letter and a certified letter on your reviews. We are very upset that we worked with you, to help you get a brand new part number, for a great price, and you continue to harass our small family-owned company during Covid-19. You thought because of an international customer that scammed tons of businesses in the United States and shipped the parts overseas, that we were a bad company. We are a small family-owned American business. You have caused great stress to our staff.
We will not stand for you to ruin or try and ruin our reputation or business over not understanding that custom pistons that just came out, take a little while to be made.
