This is a product question with Forge Motorsports. They have to do a warranty, we have sold 1000's of these Blow Off Valves, and never an issue. Now you need a custom tune for some vehicles. The Custom Tune would or could almost blow your engine if not properly tuned, but NO WAY that is our fault in selling a quality part. If you have an issue with the part itself, you could have to call the Manufacturer on a warranty. We do not take back used items. We have ZERO emails from you saying anything. Again this is a product issue, not a service issue at all.

Still to this day, Boostline won't take off the 625+, That was the error. We are very sorry for the confusion and sold what we thought were the correct ones. Sometimes the Manufacturers are wrong, and that is out of our control. We did ship them to Australia for $50.28 , we also gave you a huge discount on the connecting rods. Can you do any better on the review?

I bought my ej20 head studs on 10/10
I bought my ej20 head studs on 10/10, shipping said it should be here on 10/23. I haven't received them. I emailed horsepower direct about why I have yet to receive them yet and I was told that they were having trouble getting the part and it should be at my door from roughly 11/5 - 11/11. Its 11/15 now and I still haven't received them. I'm waiting on them to put my engine back together. If they were to give me an update periodically instead of waiting for me to email them about a week after I was told it should have of been at my door then I wouldnt of been that upset.

Well considering my purchase was nearly 5 years ago and NOW you are reaching for feedback ... i ordered an exhaust. The tips came in super bent and out of shape. Service tried to blame ME (after receiving and unboxing) and almost didn’t get the tips replaced. After much hassle, got them but super rude customer support.
Hopefully y’all have gotten better in 5 years.

Mr. Gomez. That would be a product issue from MBRP. MBRP handles all warranty claims. We have had a ton of issues with them and DROPPED THE BRAND. We do not sell MBRP Exhausts, haven't for years. They had to do customer support their way. We were not allowed to do anything. This is more of an MBRP Exhaust issue or product issue, not an issue with our company. You bought it on Sale, and we shipped it out..

You are from South Africa. You asked that we do not list what the cost was on the item, also this was ordered not on our site, but another site. We can't adjust items to Zero, so we lose our money if we put insurance on the item. You didn't like that and demanded we do it for nothing. Then complained about it. The part has to come to us, then we ship it overseas. That is just the way it is. We are very sorry if you think differently.

Terrible experience, was sold back ordered rods that they claimed had in stock, gave me runarounds as to why they hadn’t shipped such as “were at a racing event but will ship as soon as we’re back” then ignored my for a month and I had to have my credit card company to file a dispute and get my money reimbursed because they wouldn’t cancel my order. Will never even consider them for future purchases.
