The main reason that made us move forward buying a Site Nova Reseller Hosting was that except of the modern, easy and well-designed admin Panel, the support from day one till now is instant and excellent, make you feel secure and taking all anxiety away no matter how small or big the issue is.

Let's hope they are going to remain forever, exactly like they are all these years.
We are going to buy more Speed Reapers for sure and maybe one VPS to check it out too.

I loved the way they got straight to the point. At first I thought the company had AI. I didn't realize they had live people. I was more than happy to speak to a live body. That felt good! I'm happy with everything so far.

I've been using HostArmada for a couple of years and I would say their shared hosting is much better than some of the most popular providers out there. I use the SpeedReaper plan and it's not the cheapest but the performance and support have been amazing throughout the years. Highly recommend.

Unauthorized Charge and Failure to Respond: Sent me a recurring invoice without my consent two weeks before the original invoice's due date, even though I had informed them that I'm auditing the providers and planning to switch the web hosting provider because I was not content with their service or the 100% jump in price from 1st year to the second.

They failed to respond and just charged my credit card. Now, maybe taking legal action.

Avoid at all costs. They don't have any kind of customer service and clearly are screwing their paying existing customers.

There support team is fablous, outstanding, not saying this randomly, used there services for 3 years now, all the PLANS speed reaper etc.... best in class.. however, the renewal costs are higher, other wise the best in price, speed, and overall , i would recommend this to everyone, either there are new, or advance
