Excellent server provider
Excellent server provider. They host my gaming community's TS3 server. Their pricing is very affordable. Their support is outstanding, very fast response time and quick resolutions. I've used several different providers over the past 18 years and Host Havoc is by far the best of them. I highly recommend them.

My favorite part about Host Havoc is their support. I don't know if they have the best servers, but I've always been treated fairly when speaking with them about issues. I've bought 3 servers with them since 2020, and coming back after 2 years, I was worried, but their support staff helped me to get the server working right.
PS: It had a lot of stutter when I first launched, first they fixed a backend CPU issue, which improved things, but I still got lag. Things got worse during high load times on the server, so they offered to migrate me to a new server, keeping all my data. I did and that resolved everything, although at first it wouldn't boot up. But all this was done and fixed in about 24 hours. I really appreciate Host Havoc Support Team and their help. I hope they get more business to help invest in new hardware. I just bought a year with them and was super worried. But it all seems to finally be working right now.

Figured Out a command line issue that I couldn't
The admin figured out something that I couldn't and was very helpful, nice, and professional about it. Unlike some other server hosts I've used in the past. I am very pleased with the help and response time. I will be using Host Havoc from now on.

Seriously the best game hosting you can do. I did 2 others before and they were trash.
First of all, their customer service is unbeatable. For the games I play, I have to use mods. Recently ark survival evolved released an update that completely broke all mods, the day after they sent a email walking through how to revert the update. Outside of the situation everytime I need help I hear back within 20min. That is insane, and they always fix my issue. One instance they didn’t, but that was me giving up.I had it for a few hours messing with it (project zomboid mods) then cancelled my service and instantly got a refund.
I’ve had an ark survival evolved server for probably a year now, and I have no plans in cancelling. If you need a server for a wide variety of games with the best customer service around, go through havoc.

I somehow borked the server when trying to run and update. Lou assisted and had me back up and running in under 30 minutes (Including me somehow borking up the server update... a second time. Sorry Lou!)
Definitely a major upgrade from my experience with Nitrado. Never going back!
