Had problems with mounting CSS to GMOD for my TTT server and within a couple minutes I had a response + a fix. 10/10 Support, will surely buy more servers here!

Overall great support team. The control panel was a bit confusing for the particular game I used or else it'd be 5 stars! First time using this service and so far so good.

Switching providers was very easy, with additional help with fixing issues caused by the switch. Support is super fast and helpful.

Terrible customer support and my server was literally having issues with the first day I got it.

Fast and fixed. Support answered very quickly and then hard me try a couple things. Then they fxied the issue.
