Kirsty is my contact and I've always had excellent prompt service although it is a little on tghe pricy side but I guess you get what you pay for

I have been a customer of Calico in Cromarty for around 20 years and they were taken over by Hostworld a couple of years ago so I remained with Hostworld. My contact remains with the former Calico personnel now working under the Hostworld banner. They have always given me an excellent, personal and speedy service and I am sure I will remain with them while this continues.

I have been associated with Hostworld for several years and am totally satisfied with the service they provide. Staff respond quickly, providing helpful and informative responses to any queries. The service they provide is efficient, reliable and cost effective.

Efficient service and a company we trust.

As a very small charity redesigning our website and changing our hosting arrangement was a frightening prospect. Hostworld staff explained the process sorted out a couple of complications with our transfer and the icing on the cake was the hosting fee which was very reasonable.

Very professional company who I have used for years

I was one of Calico's first customers, and have never had any reason to change my ISP. The support is always quick and excellent even when an issue was my mistake. It's a comfort to know Hostworld are keeping up the tradition. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

My association with Hostworld began when I signed up for my domain name in 2000 from Cali.co.uk. Cali was purchased by Hostworld in 2023. The service I received from Cali over these 23 years, led by Kirsty Pryer was second to none. The biggest relief I had when Hostworld took over Cali is that Kirsty Pryer is still looking after any queries I have, in the same professional way she has always done. I hope this will continue for many years to come. All credit to Hostworld for ensuring that this sort of service remains the case. I would have no qualms about recommending Hostworld to anyone.

Hostworld actually have humans you can talk to and a customer service that is not run by BOTs. Not yet anyway. Thats the only reason I am with them. I wanted people I could ask questions of that didnt just give me a pre-scripted speil which sends you in circles. May that long last.

This review is actually for the subsidiary company that Hostworld bought over a couple of years ago and still run with the same staff. Calico. I have contacted them many times over the nearly 20 years for technical support issues and they have responded within 24hrs every time, with solutions, more information and everything I want.

Anytime I've had a question Hostworld is quick to respond and very helpful. I've been with them since 2009 and I'm very please with their service.
