Perfect service
Our website and mail server has been hosted by Cali and subsequently Hostworld for many years and we have always has excellent service. Any planned service interruptions are notified well in advance and any problems are quickly fixed. The staff are always a pleasure to deal with.
Local teams working together
The key to our professional relationship it that from day one. We have been working with the same local people who are based locally in Cromarty. Kirsty and her team are always on hand if required to assist us with any issues we may have.

I’ve been with them for years, well that’s not quite accurate…..better to say they have been with me for years. Always there when I needed them.
Started out when as an SME based in Grampian Scotland I needed a local ISP to get my marketing consultancy up and running. I wasn’t much good with IT.
Moving on and up to apple products and living in Central England they continued to support me into retirement. They are still helping me to stay fully connected even when I’m unsure how to do it.
First class professional service from very nice people, who know what the world is doing today….and tomorrow.

Shocking service with their VPS
VPS corrupted on first installation and now continually BSODs. Connection is so slow. I want a refund and a copy of the latest backup so I can take my business elsewhere.

Do not trust their services!
I use VPS services with a monthly automatic payment plan. For two days, I couldn't connect to my IP address. The email I received said it was being maintained. Then, suddenly, my IP address was terminated and a new one was assigned. This happened completely without my knowledge or consent. I lost everything associated with that IP address. I don't want to use your terrible service anymore. I want a refund. I opened a ticket about that, but they do not answer my ticket like other ticket fast.
Sometimes their VPS service can be slow. And cannot always connect to the IP address.
Do not trust their services! Their service is completely rubbish!

I appreciate the company's response, but I need to clarify the facts.
The email I received stated that my VPS would be temporarily suspended and then automatically resumed. There was no mention of termination, migration, or a permanent IP change.
However, the VPS was terminated and moved to a new node, without my consent, despite my repeated requests to keep my existing IP. I lost access to my original setup and important data.
While the company mentioned that a refund or credit might be possible, this situation could have been handled properly from the start. Multiple tickets were opened, and I clearly communicated my expectations, but the service did not meet what was promised.
Due to this experience, I have canceled my subscription and stopped automatic payments. I do not feel confident continuing with this provider and have requested a full refund.

They have provided completely faulty service
They have provided completely faulty service and then refused to compensate me for the £200 of credit that I added to this account balance. The director of the company has admitted that they will refund the money, but then just ignored it and kept the money for themselves. DO NOT RECOMMEND unfair business practices are being used by this business.
You have my account details, or do you keep £200 and close the accounts for everyone? You agreed on the refund but it was never received from this unfair company
