I am writing this review in english so that everybody would understand, since they send products worldwide.
I ordered a watch on their website and got a message that its already out of stock but they will try to re-order. As off all the websites and store that I checked that watch is no longer available. I got a message that they we're sorry about that and they gave me a loyalty reward for 10% for mu next order. Found a watch almost the same and ordered it. Took me 3 days to got it from Denmark to Norway right in my post box without paying any tax. Thanks alot. Will order again next time and would recommend it to family and friends.

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE
-I ordered a watch (expected delivery time 5-7 days, confirmed by email)
-after 30 days of silence i checked on the web page and the description of the item still states "5-7 days expected delivery time" although the company must have been aware of that is not true.
- i cancelled the order and asked for confirmation
- i received a confirmation 6 (!) days later.
- the company offered 10% discount on my next order
....... next order........?
THERE WON'T BE ANOTHER ORDER !!!!!

I can't agree more with you - and thanks for taking your time to inform us.
Unfortunately it's not easy always to be updated with stock from supliers.
We do have many automatic updates on our website - and we do try to inform as much as possible on the website and via mails.
- sometimes we just do hit a hole in our systems and unfortunately we did so with your order
We learn everytime - and everytime we fail, we try to optimize our systems, so we can do better.
Also - the reason for the slow reply on your emails have been because our mail system have for more than one month been receiving 1-200 spam mails every day - this have also been informed in our reply mail, where we do ask you to call us if there where no reply within reasonable time.
The mail problem seam to be solved now
