Very professional
This company are very professional & respond very quickly to queries, & delivery is very prompt! I live in the Republic of Ireland and it can take ages since brexit to get uk delivery's, but not in this case!

Glitch on the website
Sadly there was a glitch on the website so the light I ordered failed to appear. After several weeks I eventually phoned to be told the above. Surprised not to have been notified sooner and left wondering why this had not been communicated to me when the glitch was first discovered. I had to ask for my bank account to be re-credited, wasn't immediately offered. Shame, as the ceiling light I previously bought was very nice and good quality

Amazing customer care team
I did buy one of their products on H&M website. I liked it very much but there was a small defect in one of the lampshades. I contacted directly the company and customer care was very helpful and sent me an extra part in less than a week. Very impressed how efficient they were in sorting this out. Quality is good and it looks even more expensive than it is.

Incredible customer team
I can't fault the customer service team who were prompt to reply to my query, solution orientated and represented the quality of the House Of brand very well. I had a problem with a product that was beyond its return period but the team worked quickly to discern the fault and refund the items, communicating every step of the way. I was so impressed.

Lovely product, excellent quality for the price. Customer service was excellent and delivery was fast - my only critique is that the bulbs they sell are not dimmable even though their fittings are!

Replacement Shade
I broke a glass shade on one of my beautiful House of lamps. Patrick could not have been more helpful in sourcing a replacement shade, keeping me updated of its progress and sending it on to me. Amazing! Many companies would just shrug their shoulders and say 'Tough'. Thoroughly recommend House of and will absolutely be using them again. Fantastic.

Not really organise with the internet orders
I just bought a light and month and a half later still not received. I contacted them to see what's going on, and they told me the light is out of stock and cannot fulfil my order. I could understand their technical issues, but it is frustrating to have to chase them instead of being informed by them first.

Brass wall art
After looking for ages online for a wall light that is low profile and pretty I ordered this. Really love how it looks, and fitting was easy. Only thing that could make it better is if there was more choice for the warmth of the bulb, it’s a little harsh even with the “warm white” option I ordered . And if the bulb was replaceable! But I’m sure it will still be here before I move house, and if the bulb was to die you would probably keep it as a piece of wall art.

Great customer service and gorgeous light fitting
We received our ceiling light on time and well packaged. Sadly it was a faulty but I sent through a video of the fault and got a replacement very quickly. Works brilliantly and looks gorgeous in our lounge. Would recommend Houseof and would use again.

The product was terrible- it was broken…
The product was terrible- it was broken when it arrived and I asked for a refund as it didn't look very sturdy. The customer service, however, was brilliant.

We normally offer free replacement on occasions like this as stated on our website in the Returns Qs. Our customer service agents can get it sorted quickly. I'm sorry if this information was somehow missed out and you have returned your faulty light instead. However, I can understand your frustration and disappointment.
