Cheap material
Material is nothing as the picture very cheaply made and too expensive. To make it worst I can’t even get a refund but credit instead which is ridiculous because I will not be buying again from here.

Good customer service BUT bad policies
The customer service is amazing and quick to respond. However, I think only allowing refunds for store credit is bad business practice. I bought 2 dresses because I couldn’t try them on in person and figured I could by them try them on the send back if they didn’t work out. They’re too long in all of the paces. I’m only 5’4” and even with heals I look like a toddler playing dress up. And to go see if I could return them and turn out I can’t do that because they only charge you store credit AND they charge you for label for the return. So now I’m stuck with 2 dresses I won’t be able to wear because I’d have to get the tailored. Which a tailor costs more than what they’re worth. All in all beautiful dresses, great customer service, BUT I won’t be shopping with them again for this business practice alone.

This lady's at bia where wonderful they helped my daughter pick a dress and made it so easy my daughter was happy she looked great at her sweet 16 party the dress was amazing thank you for all the help lady's made my kid happy thanks again I will never shop anywhere else again
