Very quick with their phone repairs!

We had an excellent experience at House of Computers. My 11-year old son was given a warm welcome by Haris, and he generously shared his time and expertise to understand the PC build we had in mind. We really appreciated Haris’s advice and friendly manner. He explained everything clearly, as well as finding a way to achieve this within our budget. It was evident Haris nurtures customer relationships and offers good customer care: he knew each of the PC builds that were currently in progress in store, and the individuals or families who had commissioned them. Our visit exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return to House of Computers in future, and trust them with a larger project. We’re glad high street shops like this still exist!

I bought a BattleBox PC from House Of Computers recently, i have had repairs from them in prior times, but as it was my first time buying a PC they smoothly guided me through a tailored menu of Computers and took into consideration my needs and Price Range. Super friendly, polite staff that are well trained in their field and design some of the most beautiful Computers i have seen in a while. I would Recommend House of Computers to anybody looking for something as simple as a phone screen protector all the way to a fully kitted out Computer. 5 Stars

My experience with house of computer was great I bought 2 Lenovo x1 for my company they did best price and help me setup my computers for work and house of computers are best computer shop for laptop and custom built desktop to amazing work these guys are doing thank you very much Harris

When my Dell desktop motherboard died I needed a replacement. I found House of Computers via Google search and discussed my requirements with Haris who was happy to send me several quotations to build a custom desktop as I kept changing my specification. We communicated via WhatsApp and he was very responsive. In the end, he even installed the SSD and hard disk from my defunct Dell in the new machine and threw in a free monitor cable as the new PC didn't have DVI. PC was built in 24hrs and really happy with the result and the service.

After an hour in the shop, they priced up the parts for over 2K more than what these PC parts can be found alternative retailers. Proved with prices. Thats WAAAAAYYYYYYY too much and overpriced. So for PC builds / parts, i would not recommend as i was given a price £2K more than what i could purchase from a high street retailer. I'm not sure about the repairs service, although i do hear the way they speak to their customers and for me personally its not something I'd accept. Good location for the shop though.

Updating for the "response" from House of computers:

The fact you Yousef, told me to come down and price it up as apparently you are competitive. And yes, £2k more than high street retailers is flabbergasting. And this was on top of "boxes being unopened". I would have thought ALL NEW products will have unopened boxes and the fact you saying boxes will be unopened is another MAJOR red flag. You say this is price difference is unrealistic, I call BS on your response as you not only wasted my time, you wasted your own. As a business, i would have liked a lot more from independent businesses (which i love to support - only if they are reasonable in their pricing) and highlight this to any of your unsuspecting customers.

I'm afraid, this establishment cannot be recommended and further downgraded this from 2 Star to 1 Star given the business response

I was required to log into a system that is fairly antiquated. The latest version of Windows that could be used was Windows 10. I called House of Computers, and they assured me that they could satisfy my requirements. I traveled a significant distance to get there, but it was well worth it. They had several used computers with Windows 10, all at good prices. The computer I purchased works and looks like it is new, and I highly recommend House of Computers for all of your needs.
