Fantastic service and support from H of Radiators .
The team there were super in helping me work out what radiators and fittings I needed when replacing some towel rails with radiators using the existing pipe work so I didn't disrupt the existing floors in a new bathroom .
They were very attentive and understood the issues and technical fittings needed over several visits and phone calls to them.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Showed great patience, especially when it came to the two bespoke curved column radiators - it must have taken me a dozen attempts till I provided the correct measurements to them. They were also happy to hold the radiators till we were ready for them. Oh, and they have a great shop with a great range of radiators and fittings.

Exemplary service. I placed the order in an evening and the goods were dispatched the next day. I even received phone calls from Lisa confirming their dispatch and then checking everything was ok once they'd been delivered.

Ordering off there web site was impossible as it wouldn't allow me to register. I called and the service was fab and the product was top draw when it arrived. I've given 5 stars as a glitch on there site shouldn't alter the fact that thing were great

House of Radiators gave excellent advice about the dimensions, colour, cost and heat output of each product, based on a thorough knowledge of their stock, and went the extra mile to help me find the exact match for my requirements, also recommending matching valves.

They also provided very good after sales service, ringing to let me know that the valves and radiator would be delivered separately, and ringing twice to check that both parcels had arrived.

I recommend HoR if you’re looking for a feature radiator or have specific requirements (in our case, we only have one narrow wall on which we can mount a vertical radiator, to heat a kitchen approx 5m by 6m, and needed it to match other items in the room). We were able to get exactly what we needed, and it was the cheapest of the radiators I was interested in.

We have bought several items from House of Radiators over the past year. We have found their service very good indeed. We have found them friendly, very efficient and very fair.

Very easy to order and deal with and a great personal service once the order had been placed to make sure the delivery was when I wanted it and that it had arrived in good condition etc. Will definitely use again in the future.

Great choice of radiators, lots to look at in the showroom in Bath and really good communication from start to finish. Would happily recommend them.
