Couldn’t fault the customer service. Such a professional service.Lauren was so helpful and explained what size radiator we would require for our room size, something neither myself or husband realised, we thought any radiator would do the job!! There was great choice and best bit it was delivered next day. We would recommend this shop if you are looking to get new radiators.

Good service with excellent and professional advice.

Radiator is brilliant - dual fuel and when in electric mode it's really hot and heats up very quickly.
House of Radiator were also brilliant, very patient with my numerous requests for quotes.
Only slight issue was that they took a bit longer coming back to me on the delivery which got me nervous that I wasn't going to receive it in time for the fitting.

The service provided and knowledge was excellent, we ended up choosing the perfect radiator for our front room.

House of Radiators were very helpful in the process of our selection of a dual fuel radiator/towel rail. When we had made our choice of style, H of R then ensured we chose the right specifications and fittings. The ordering was simple and straightforward and the unit and fittings arrived on the day chosen. Our fitter and electrician had no problems in fitting it and it works very successfully. We are very pleased we have made this addition to our bathroom.

Excellent advice and service. I’d ordered 5 rads and accessories from 4 suppliers. Arranged delivery for the same day - gasp, somebody is as good as their word - all deliveries turned up as arranged. May you prosper.

Brilliant customer experience with regular updates on progress, delivery etc. Cannot rate them highly enough!!

We had a rough idea of the type of radiators we wanted and we were guided by Lauren and found exactly the styles we were looking for.
The supply and delivery were times were as stated and received in good order.

Friendly and helpful service with an excellent selection of radiators. Efficient delivery of a well finished product (Breeze rad.). If only they could have done the installation as well then they could have earnt the fifth star for the complete package!

I have found this company very easy to deal with. They have been very informative including contacting me with an expected delivery date and then again when the delivery was due. The product was excellent that even the plumber who fitted it was impressed.
