Horrible costumer service. Have sent several emails with no reply about the buttons coming off with the first time trying to detach the sleeves. It was as if the thread used on the cardigan was old Had higher expectations for the price to say the least.

Just ordered what looks like (and I really hope it is as nice as the pictures!) a lovely, special offer waterproof for £25.99. Free P&P (hooray). However, when I checked my PayPal account, there has been an extra tax charge of £5.20 which only showed up on my receipt, AFTER I had made payment! At the very least, this is deceitful practice.

Always an amazing expeirence both online and delivery. The items are always such incredible quality and stunning, with each new piece they drop being totally unique. To make it even better, HOS does limited runs, ensuring sustainability. And the price point is very reasonable. 10/10 recommend, I have been recommending to all of my friends. I cannot rave enough about HOS.

Love their items and what this company stands for! I never heard of the brand until I was gifted a few of their items for my birthday recently and really liked all of the pieces. I checked out HOS online and was even happier to see that they value sustainability and the environment while also creating unique and cute clothes. I will definitely be following HOS and will shop here from now on! Also, their customer service was great. The person I chatted with using their chat box feature on their site was very polite and accommodated all of my questions.

Really special and unique pieces of clothing, whenever they release a new collection there is always at least 2 or 3 pieces that really excite me and that I want to buy, which is rare because I’m trying to consume less nowadays!! Also they are sustainable which I love and fits with my ethos 💚🌀💜🌞💖

I didn't notice the high tax price. When my sweater came in did I need to buy 40eu above the price of sweater. I thought this was included the shipping price. So I connected House Of Sunny with instagram, if it was possible to return the item. They told me it would be fine (:

House of Sunny provided the best service I've ever received. They went out of their way to find a product I wanted from their website that I thought was out of stock and then immediately shipped it out. Once I received it, the quality was equally as good as the service, and I for sure plan to be a return customer!!

The DENIM and all knit pieces. My new favorite place to splurge. I have 5 pieces from them and they are all stunning! Also id like to think of pre-ordering as past me treating future me for a surprise and so far Ive always been satisfied 😂❤️. Will continue to shop

I received my Paradise Set about a day ago and I wore it out today for maybe 15 minutes and the center seams of the pants have become undone. I am extremely upset as this set was a big investment for me and I was really counting on the quality of the product.I cannot return it anymore because I removed the tags but I wanted to tell you guys am quite unhappy with this purchase. I bought the Hockney dress and it was really well made, nothing like this

Funky clothes that are sustainable and incredible quality. Bit pricey but the designs are so cute and unique, I own three items from them now and I adore all of them!

I love House of Sunny there pieces are so unique and beautiful. The pre-order system really makes the shopping experience worthwhile i love to receive my pieces some months later while also supporting sustainability! 💚 the customer service via instagram direct is super quick, nice anf helpful - when I did not see the email regarding my duties that have to be paid my package got send back to there warehouse but after some messages on instagram they were able to send it back to me. also when i had questions about the sizing of a particular piece they were very kind to help me out ☺️☺️

Been a fan of House of Sunny since the early days and it just keeps getting better and better. The amount of funky items I know own is incredible. I love the unique looks and great colours, the Jessie jeans are a particular highlight. Love your work, keep it up.

Amazing customer service, was intially gutted I missed out on the drop of the Brian bomber and messaged on Instagram to ask if they could help at all, ended up finding me one in my size end putting it on the website for me! The jacket is the nicest thing I’ve ever owned, so well made, all the design are like no other!!!! Can’t fault this brand

House of Sunny always comes up with the most unique styles that are to die for - love their sustainability initiatives, and that they are reputable and consistent about delivery times and quality of products. I own a few items from here and will continue to shop here over time! :)

I absolutely love the fabrics and designs House of Sunny offers their clientele. These alone are 100% deserving of 5 stars!! Whoever works the social media accounts as well, you are amazing! Always prompt and quick to answer any questions or concerns, and always filled with love. I often find it’s easier to get in contact with HOS with any questions through their Instagram rather than through their customer service email.
I have given 3 stars for this review however, because I have often received items with loose strings (especially noted on buttons which I resewed on myself... but for garments all over 50£ this really should not be an issue at all. I expect quality sewing). I order from Canada, so having to pay international fees on top, it’s not like I’m going to pay for an exchange/return because at that point I’d be spending almost double more than the product originally cost me. I also find the sizing (as listed in the size guide) is not always consistent. I may be a 6 for some pants but an 8 in other pants and I don’t know this until I receive the item... this is hard to gauge for when ordering as I follow the HOS size guidelines to a T but still may receive a wrongly fitting item. I know the size guides are simply that, “a guide” but if an item fits different to that of the guide, I feel this should be noted by the brand in advertising so we as customers are better informed and prepared.
