A property management company so bad that they recently changed their name to Edgwick. Appaling arrogant useless but very expensive. They have around 3 full time employees. Nothing ever gets done. They never reply to your email and never answer the phone. A property management meeting between HL and the Freeholder at my restaurant premises recently they managed to leave behind the minutes of their entire meeting with libellous written notes about each of the 25 residents and 25 business lessees. We had the misfortune to have to interact with this agent in connection with commercial property, they really are appalling - utterly unresponsive, arrogant (aggressive and rude, at times). Avoid this agent at all costs.

I wouldn’t want to live in one of there buildings at wingate square fire systems don’t work properly all needs upgrading block C is the worst and the most expensive to live.
If a fire breaks out it wont work correctly Ask to see latest reports from the fire alarm company to see what needs fixing your self.

Fraudsters, or grifters at their best. Poor services and inflated invoices.

Absolutely garbage service and awful company. Never replied to emails/calls or sorted out any issues, despite sky high fees. The whole block of flats felt the same so we collectively decided to move management companies - despite the cost. Stay well clear.

Absolutely awful. Company policy appears to be to do as little as possible. Exorbitant charges and nothing to show for it. Banging my head against the wall is more effective than anything Houston Lawrence do.

Have been our managing property agent for a few years. Beyond hopeless and appears to come form the top of the company. literally have to push for anything to be done, can take years!

Shambolic company. Dealt with Mark Cordery directly who was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met.
