Easy booking process and polite knowledgable Surveyor
The Surveyor (Paul) was very helpful and his report was very informative. The booking process was straightforward. I would have given 5 stars accept Houzcheck could not provide a hard copy. I hadn’t asked for this when booking the service however, when requesting a hard copy I was informed that they do not have printing facilities. Just something to consider if you don’t have a Printer.

Very happy to use Houzecheck
Very happy to use Houzecheck. They have been friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. This is the elephone staff and the Surveyor. Had to use them a couple of times because the Survey Report ran out of time during the sale of the property.

Needed a survey quickly and managed to get one within a few days. A good price as well for a level 2 survey. The surveyor phoned straight after the visit and confirmed property findings etc. Report received in 4 days.

A very thorough survey and easy booking process
The booking process was quick and easy thanks to Bandish Thakor over the phone. Within a week we had a surveyor at the house we are buying and the survey emailed to us the next day. The survey itself was very detailed (127 pages) with every aspect of the house covered in detail including pictures and where we may need to look at any faults in more detail
