Houzecheck survey
When I rang them, they went through everything that the surveyor will be checking and what he may not be able to check. The report was very good and gave a very detailed description of the survey.

The booking process was more difficult…
The booking process was more difficult than it should have been, but the surveyor was excellent. He rang the same day to give a 40min run through of the survey. I would recommend on that basis.

We booked a level 3 building survey for a property we are purchasing. The friendly team booked it in quickly and we received the report on the Friday (survey took place on the Monday) we were really pleased with the level of detail of the survey. Thankfully nothing alarming was raised so it did the job of putting our mind at ease after receiving a lot of "I don't know" or "this work was done by the previous owner" from the sellers
