Awesome Service and Support
I am a professional photographer based in India, and I emailed HPRC regarding a Tripod Case and an older Bag that I had purchased some 15 years ago. Not only did I receive a prompt response from Georgia, she even assured me that she would find a solution for both. I purchased a Manfrotto Tripod and shared the dimensions with Georgia. She replied immediately with her recommendation and I placed an order the same day. The new Tripod Case and the spare parts for my older HPRC was dispatched the same day and I received the Case in 4 days in New Delhi. I am totally impressed and HPRC has a loyal customer for life. Amazing quality products and amazing service. 10/10.

Great looking cases!
Great looking cases!
I bought two cases and was able to get a great deal with a welcome offer and engraving. The customer service rep that assisted me with the design was very friendly and professional.
They accept PayPal, so that was very easy and since it was an international purchase, they credited the VAT within a few days.
In short, a happy customer and I'll be buying all future cases here too!

Hi Jermaine thank you for your review! The satisfaction of our customers is our cornerstone. We remain at your complete disposal and thank you again for having chosen HPRC products.
Simply the very best! Seriously!
1. There is no better-made case on this planet. I have personally inspected and tried every single one that I knew exists.
2. Indestructible. Even at hands of airport cargo people. Have you seen the videos of how they treat your luggage?
3. The company as a whole is such a pleasant entity to be dealing with. I purchase my cases directly from HPRC. Always proper packaging and reasonable shipment time.
Thank you HPRC
