We are appointed by Insurers to impartially validate a Customers claim in line with the Insurance policy terms, claims guidlelines and where appropriate, offer a fair settlement value or provide access to the services of an approved building repair contractor. We do not receive any commission / reward from Insurers for the outcome or value of a Customers claim. We are paid a fixed amount to provide our opinion on the cause and value of a claim. HRNL has a network of individual building damage surveyors and repair contractors to aid in the validation and settlement of a claim across the UK.

Satisfactory service

I found home repair network limited professional in the way they conducted themselves. They kept me informed of progress with the repair of snow damage to my house gutters and appointed very good repair workers to do the job.

Storm Damage

Having experienced storm damage to a set of virtually brand new bi fold doors, our claim was picked up and processed seamlessly. Once the quote was submitted, it was approved almost by return. Very grateful, thank you

Happy HRNL Customer

Once I was passed over to HRNL my claim was processed really quickly and efficiently. The colleague who handled our claim, Gemma was really helpful, kept us updated and made sure we were happy with evrything. The builders who did the job worked quickly and the work was of good quality.
Would recommend this company.

Very slick and stress free.

Once home repair network took on my insurance claim repair the whole process was slick and efficient from the communication from my claim handler who kept me informed on every stage of the work from the repair assessor and the local scaffolders/roofer contractors who carried out all the work in a day and scaffolding erected and removed in the same day. It was faultless the whole process and very slick. Thank you from a very happy customer.

insurance claim

iv been insured since 1998 and this is the first ever claim iv had ,...Sally and Diane from Home Repair couldnt have helped me more ,both are lovely caring ladies ,...through water damage i had to have a new floor and 3 kitchen units and worktop replaced ,Aaron and Ben did a fantastic job ,i cannot thank their team more ,they all went over and above to help ....thankyou

Very efficient company

Reliable Tradesmen

The staff were excellent and gave me a schedule of who was coming each day and the work they would carry out repairing the kitchen ceiling and decorating the kitchen. The work was completed on time to my satisfaction .
Gemma and Joanna were very helpful’ and answered any queries promptly.

John was very professional yet friendly…

John was very professional yet friendly and acted promptly in every aspect of my claim, giving clear information as to what procedures were and how the claim would progress making sure all monies were paid promptly on receipt of quotes and invoices.

A Roof repair which received quick and effective action.

Quick action from them, efficient service and kept their eye on the ball all the time. Work proceeded quickly and effectively. Gemma was excellent and kept us updated all the time.

Our Sincere Gratitude to Ellie and the HRNL Team for a Highly Pofessional Job Well Done.

When part of our bungalow was flooded in June 2025, including a bathroom, corridor and kitchen, we had no idea of how much would be involved in rectifying the damage. From the moment Diane answered the phone, her friendly and cheerful manner gave us comfort knowing someone cared. Diane put us through to Ellie Stone who kindly explained the steps required and made sure we understood each step and who would be visiting us to complete each stage. Ellie was a great listener and was always very supportive and inspiring confidence that everything would be resolved. Ellie effectively co-ordinated various contractors though each stage of the project providing us with email and phone updates to ensure that time schedules were agreed with us in advance. Ellie is a total professional who inspired us with confidence and was always there if we had questions. From the initial surveys, to taking up the floor, removing the bathroom and kitchen, drying the foundation and walls, to selection of replacement tiles and units, Ellie was there co-ordinating it all. The contractors were all highly professional and the finished result is amazing. So a huge thank you to Ellie and the team for making sure that everything was completed in time for Christmas. We can't thank them enough and my wife, Jane and I highly commend the HRNL team fo job very well done.
